Just left the store. Sales associate pushed some buttons, the music started and he then disappeared. Looked around the store for additional help and that person disappeared also! The store seemed to be understaffed and the people present didn't seem to know about hi-end audio at all!

Amazing service from beginning to end. Eli spent lots of time with me both testing speakers and equipment and just explaining concepts, answering questions, etc.I could not recommend more; if you are in the market for great audio technology, whether you know a lot or a little, you will know more when you are done.

I wanted to like this store and actually purchased equipment from them on multiple occasions but the service from a few people (including the manager is just awful). One if the associates spent a lot of time with me determine the best sounds equipment for my house. I really wanted to give them my business.

Magnolia is a SCAM! STAY AWAY! We purchased a 65" Sony OLED along with a Sony soundbar. Magnolia did the install, which the actual physical hanging of the TV & soundbar were good but the configuring was a debacle. The soundbar would cut out and sound would switch back and forth between the TV and soundbar with a 2 second pause in between. We called 3 times to get a tech out (including talking to the manager) with no call backs or help. I ended up spending 3 hours on the phone with Sony tech support and we were able to fix all their misconfigurations. Sony recommend NOT using that installer again. We paid Magnolia to have it setup and they ended up being clueless. We spent 8k with these guys and they screwed us with absolutely no support. STAY AWAY!!
