Eric goes above and beyond - Even answering questions 6 months after the purchase and install! We wanted a good dishwasher that would last a long time, and asked a lot of questions. Thank you Eric!

Small place with all of the premium brands, but it felt cramped and unorganized. The staff seemed friendly but there was only one person, so I didn't get a chance to talk to him due to other customers. I went to Best Buy afterwards and it had a much better selection of the same brands with much better displays.

Amazing group to work with for appliance instillation. Eric came by, determined the best appliances for my space and within 3 weeks the team came by to install and remove the old ones. Joe and his team were incredible and he made sure to give me tips on maintaining the new appliances. They also fixed an old problem I had from a previous repair attempt (from a different company). Couldn’t be happier! Thank you!

Noah helped us every step of the way and made sure the appliance purchasing process was easy and painless. M&M also gave us a very competitive price, which pleasantly surprised me! The only minor issues we had were that the delivery guys forgot to take off the travel bracket and adjust the leveling feet. Easily fixed, but slightly disappointing. I cannot fault the sales team, and I don't feel the issues were enough to warrant knocking off one star. Overall, definitely recommend M&M.

Outstanding experience. I worked with Eric and could not be more satisfied. We purchased a KitchenAid appliance that was available at Lowe’s and they beat their price by a surprising margin. Eric also was very knowledgeable and forthcoming with information and opinions. The delivery experience was also so much better than the big box stores. They have their own full time employees who take incredible care not to cause any damage to your house (floor, door jams, etc.). Their showroom is small so got to the big box stores to put your hands on the appliance then buy it from M&M.

After our friend described her disaster experience with a big box store, I decided to look for a local dealer. I am so glad I found M&M. I worked with Eric M. over the phone and email for over a year. I started my order in June 2022 for a set of Thermador appliances. I understood that it would take months or even a year before everything arrives. He was very cool throughout the entire process. The final piece arrived last June. I had to pick up the vent hood and blower before the scheduled delivery date for sizing purposes and Eric set that up for me. The rest of my order was delivered with no issues. The customer service here is second to none in my opinion, before, during, and after the sale. I cannot recommended these guys enough. We are truly happy with our experience.

I needed to replace my dishwasher and my washer & dryer and they were super helpful. It was 2021 so things were still back ordered but I was expecting a baby and really needed my cleaning things working. They talked to me a lot to figure out the perfect fit regarding price, availability, and how I was planning to use it. 2 years later and everything is still working like a charm! The only issue I have is when they installed the washer dryer, the guy put the washer on the left and dryer on the right because of the way the doors were facing (even though the previous units were in the other places). When I was having someone in to look at getting a countertop and cabinet put in above it, he said that the doors can be installed either way and you just need a kit to flip them around but now I have longer tubes to accommodate the different placement and that's not as energy efficient. If I wasn't so happy with their customer service in the selling department, I'd give less stars over the flip issue.

I cannot filter my choices by self cleaning for a range. Therefore it takes too much time for me to shop so I will look elsewhere.

M and M Appliance is the absolute best! Look no further to solve your appliance needs - simple, fast and reasonable prices! I have had two experiences in buying from them - refrigerator and now a Speed Queen Dryer. It was all so simple: I spoke with Eric in Alexandria, told him what I needed, he found and recommended it and we discussed price. Fair price and good delivery time available. Right on the phone I placed my order with all details handled, verified by email. My dryer arrived and was beautifully installed. I will be a repeat customer for sure!

We were confounded by supply chain issues as we desperately searched for replacement washer/dryer to meet the special conditions in our condo. Noah at M&M was extremely helpful in identifying units that would work for us, explaining everything in detail & sharing printouts of important details. Ultimately, we bought the units elsewhere at the only place in the area that could promise specific near-term delivery. We were sorry not to be able to reward Noah's expertise and consideration but highly recommend him & M&M for anyone looking for quality appliances.
