Went here to get 4 brakes and rotors replaced. Labor and cost for parts was very low. They had my car fixed in no time, and I would definitely recommend / will visit them again for my future car repairs as well.

Did a great oil change. They did try to sell me stuff I didn't need tho. So maybe get a second opinion before you do work on your car beyond an oil change.

Today I went there for Oil change, they changed the oil BUT From around 9:30 until 03:00 they were unable to remove the warning message ( Engine Maintenance Required) finally when I asked Mr, Lee what’s going on I waited a lot… He told me wait silently otherwise get out of my shop! They did not fixed it still my car has the same problem although they’ve charged me for everything.
I don’t know, they have charged the Oil or not?
I WILL NEVER VISIT AGAIN BECAUSE OF Mr LEE UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICES.

Won’t be going back! Specifically asked for the cheaper synthetic oil (havoline) and then confirmed when I went I indoors to the young lady at the counter. At checkout, I got the old switcheroo and was charged the $20 more for Mobil 1 and was told repeatedly that’s what I’d asked for. When I corrected her, she got extremely rude and told me that they don’t sell havoline any longer to which I pointed at the board on the wall that showed havoline and the advertised price. In the end, she charged me the lower price but I’m done with this place. A shadow of the kind people that once worked here.

DO NOT GO HERE! I don't typically leave negative reviews but the service here was terrible. They say you can get your oil changed in 10 minutes. When I arrived there was no line and they took my car immediately. It took 55 minutes for them to do the oil change. Additionally, it was supposed to cost about $78 but when I went to pay they charged me $135 and wouldn't explain the increased costs. I specified I didn't want any additional services and they couldn't justify the costs. Also, the workers were unable to reset my oil light. They told me to come back later in the week when a more experienced technician was in. They didn't even give me a discount for this. Overall horrible experience. Go to any other drive through oil service.

I went here again in (LUBE IT) to do Tire rotation because I wanted to balance the tire and my car it has low tire pressure and they removed the tire valve caps on my car and they didn’t put it back. My concern is as an owner car i want my tire caps back the same i have before. But they don’t give me the same tires caps and also i told them I just want to do tire rotation and nothing more but the guy come to the office and told to the cashier to change my cabin filter and air filter on my car i can’t say NO because they already removed it. This is not my first time happen when i went there auto repair shop.

I usually go here for oil change and these guys have been consistently excellent. My last job was for a brake change and I also had a stripped bolt on the brake caliper. Most places would have charged me extra for it. These guys went above and beyond. Didn't charge me any extras and pointed out to me a problem that most mechanics wouldn't even notice. They fixed the problem before it caused a bigger problem. I appreciate the honesty of the master mechanic (owner) as well as his attention to detail. Can't go wrong with this place. These guys are fast, efficient and affordable.

I was present during the episode described in the previous review by the user who identifies himself as José Maldonado. I consider that at no time did Secretary Silvia disrespect you. Silvia only told us about the new business policies and he told her that he found the company's new policies absurd. After that, she just said that if she had anything to comment on it she could call the manager so he could express his displeasure. She also told him that she only had the position of secretary and that she was not just doing her job.
He said all this with respect and without any offense. I was satisfied with the technical service they offered me and with the attention. In fact, I dropped the Cafe inside the office and Secretary Silvia helped me clean up the mess I had made. I recommend this company 100%. ?

The cashier is as if she were the owner and she was so uncomfortable and angrily she was demanding comments about what I consider not appropriate, each of us has our own opinion and that not at all appropriate is uncomfortable after paying so much money and receiving such service. lousy customer
