Absolutely terrible customer service. The check engine lights came on literally five minutes after driving out of the parking lot for the same issue that I brought the vehicle in for.

I have a great experience ONLy when I got the appointment service at Lindsay Lexus service center. The rep there is great on communication But trey need to improve on their phone call rep. I have been transferred many staffs just to ask “how much for the key replacement ?” I think 3 times transfer for simple questions. It seems the staffs don’t want to involve or in charge on answering the phone. Hope they get improve soon so i can return back to the service.

I will always bring my car to Chris Pryor for service at Lexus. From start to finish he ensured I had a great experience. The price and recommendations were made clear with no hidden agendas. The waiting area was clean and calming was able to do some work while I waited. Over all Top Tier experience. They’ve earned my business ?

I absolutely had the greatest customer service today at Lindsay Lexus service department. This was my first time having service there for my new vehicle. Thank You, Samuel Josue Zela , my service advisor and also Richard Downs who answered all my questions and took special care of my needs! Super team ! Everyone was courteous and friendly! I had a Great experience!

I take my Lexus NX here for my maintenance. Chris P. is great. AND I had a little scratch on my drivers side- the body shop guy (forgot his name) buffed it out! So nice of him to do that for me :)

I've been bringing my Lexxus RX 350 here for years, and I have received consistently 5 star service!! The whole team is amazing and the prices reasonable for the DMV.

I reserved a vehicle through lexus reserve in the app as part of my Lexus RZ lease and this service center cancelled my reservation 6 hours before it was supposed to be picked up because I didn't buy the car from them, but that is no where listed on their site or when you reserve a car. It's now within the 24 hour pickup window where I cannot make a new reservation. Very disappointing.

I wish 0 stars was an option. This place is a money grab. I was turned away from getting service because they said they are losing money based on the maintenance plan I have. I've been getting the car serviced here for 2 years and now it's a problem. I contacted the dealership where I purchased the car and was told my plan should have been honored. They already overcharge for Service but this is next level. I'm prepared to take this as far as I need to.

This place use to be awesome pre covid. The best part now is the assigned rep that keeps you posted while your car is being serviced. Pre Covid if you waited for your car they would feed you sandwiches and provided unlimited snacks and drinks. Now they have a couple of women (that doesn’t speak English) guarding the snacks with their lives. I dare you to ask for 2 snacks while you wait in what used to be a quiet area to work or watch tv for 2-3 hours. And let’s not talk about how the soda machine runs out of soda or ice before 3pm. How when you have people guarding snacks? My how covid has changed things at Lidnsey!! It appears they have hired
a lot of new staff as well. Yet the new staff are not in complete uniform wearing pink purses and crocks. Not a friendly bunch I might add, and definitely not professional (like the original crew), This new crew are on their cell phones while working on the floor. In fact the extra staff I wonder why when pre covid they would at least have your car washed and vacuumed before they would drive your car around for you to pick up. It’s been 3 years maybe 4 since Lidnsey washed my car stating the car wash was down due to construction. Okay so why all the new staff if they were not hired to handwashing cars or vacuuming at the least?These beautiful lexus vehicles going out the same way they came in, wow! You would think you want every lexus to leave the service area completely serviced. All the old customer perks was one of the reasons I stayed with lexus. My lexus service WAS better than yours. Not anymore unfortunately!! Pre-covid I could get a loaner no questions asked now if you don’t ask for one it’s probably not available. I stopped asking for a loaner because the last one in the midst of covid was so dirty inside and out and I think it was a Mitsubishi I didn’t even want to drive it. What happened Lidnsey and why? If you are going to still act like we are in the midst of a pandemic rationing out snacks and not providing lite meals and snacks while we wait for 3 hours or washing my vehicle then why hire extra staff to walk around on their cell phones? Who does your hiring? Better yet who is the floor manager? And where is the hand sanitizer? Please Upgrade them old worn out coaches and televisions. Dust and wash the windows too. Right now you are presenting just one step up from a local jiffy lube that keeps a pot of the strongest cold coffee while you wait. Lexus should go back to providing the five star treatment in the waiting area. In fact the only friendly professionals other than the assigned rep is the two ladies guarding the snacks. I’m sure changing to another lexus services place would be ridiculous when all Lidnsey have to do is get it together. People pay good money at Lexus. The least you all can do is up your customer service. Too many staff walking around doing nothing. And shout out to the one guy that asks for your keys he is always greeting you with a smile before you drive in. I hope you treat the good staff with more love than you do your customers. This place has gone down but I am hopeful they will see this constructive criticism and start making changes yesterday. Don’t let the spirit of the pandemic let this place be equivalent to any old auto shop. I would have given 2 stars but I gave 3 for hope that things turn around quickly and providing you keep the mechanics they never disappoint and they keep my car running smooth. No complaints there!!! Lexus mechanics rock!!!!Thanks in advance!

Tammy is the best service advisor I have ever worked with. Extremely knowledgeable, very friendly, polite, and professional. She tells you like it is and doesn't try to sell you services you don't need.
