I'd leave ZERO stars if I could. First time using this cleaners AND THEY RUINED A $200 DRESS!
I bought it for a wedding on Memorial Day wknd. It was brand new, with store tags still on. Dropped off 2 weeks ago for press only, not dry clean. Picked up today and there are snag lines all around top of the dress.
I took it back with cleaners tags still on and showed them. They refused to take ownership of the issue and kept saying they send their items out and it wasn't their fault. They refused to reimburse me for cost of dress, again because "it wasn't their fault." I did get my $15 back but now do not have a dress to wear this weekend PLUS I'M OUT $200 for the dress.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

My favorite cleaner and tailor! Even tho I have plenty of cleaners located closer to my house, I still go to Lee’s. His tailoring is top notch!For example I’m showing the shorts that I brought in as pants. I was worried if the hem was going to be visible and definitely didn’t want that. But I didn’t even have to explain this, I just brought in my pants and said I want shorts. We measured the length and I left. When I picked them up I was absolutely stunned at how well done that hem looked! It looked as if the brand itself did it. No stitch is visible on the outside and the edge is neatly hidden under a strip of fabric. Such light and delicate work, looks hand sewn.I also brought in pants to be shortened and they came out just as well done every time.And as for cleaning - I have brought in delicate silk blouses and they always came back pristine. Even the ones that had lipstick stains on them. And the pressing job always looks so good! You notice the difference when you’ve had your shirts messed up before when they add a new crease every time you bring it in. Never happens at Lee’s. Highly recommend this place!

Very accommodating. I had an express job to get done overnight. I dropped off late afternoon and picked up early afternoon the next day. Memorial Day weekend, too.

I frequently use Lee’s Valet! They tend to be prompt, professional, and friendly. I’ll continue my relationship with them and would recommend them. Their asking price seems to be on par with other dry cleaners in the area.

I come here to get my jackets dry cleaned and to get my pants hemmed and let me just say they get it right each time. So prompt and respectful. Also affordable!!! Recommend this place to everyone!

I was really impressed. I came in at 8:45 am for same day cleaning, and asked about getting the same suit I wanted cleaned altered the next time I came in since in wanted to wear out the next day (unaltered). The lady at the desk had me put the suit jacket on, and as she pinned, I tried to explain that I just needed dry cleaning and had only wanted to check IF they could alter it. I was amazed when I finally understood that in pinning me, she wasn't misunderstanding my timeline, but was committing to do both. I was impressed when they turned around both in 9 hours; I was blown away by the quality of the alteration. I highly recommend these cleaners. (Also they have not stapled the cleaners tags to my clothing labels-- huge pet peeve of mine, and they have been good about not doing that).
