Used car advertised on internet and I contacted salesman and indicated I might come up in the afternoon. Got there in mid-afternoon and found the salesman…nice guy. The car however was dirty. The tire pressure monitor showed low air in one or more tires. We were not able to come to terms in order for me to buy the car. Disappointed that there was no sense of urgency to have the car ready for sale. Maybe if I wanted a new Range Rover I would have been treated with more respect as a potential buyer.

This place is so shady it’s beyond explanation. Dropped my vehicle off for an oil and filter change and vibration when driving over 50mph. Ash calls back saying my tires are flat. I asked him for video footage because they were fine when I dropped it off. The manager is not available call back Monday . So your service starts off with 2 rear tires being replaced. By the way, I was told my tires are great at the previous visit. Then told after we fix your tires pay over +$250 for a diagnosis. Avoid this place and these reviews giving 5 stars is fraud.

Disappointed and Frustrated Customer…. MY RATING IS ZERO STARS BUT IT IS NOT AN OPTION. Becoming a member of the LR RR family in Jan 2022 was initially an exciting moment but also had its share of customer satisfaction failures and unprofessionalism for a luxury dealership. However, all my concerns over time were addressed. From sales to service, lets say, in the time I’ve owned my vehicle I have experienced several concerns and dealt with 3 different service advisors. My most recent encounter to say the least left me speechless. I’m not even sure of the words to describe my disappointment in the lack of customer service and disregard for my time. I EXPECT a certain level and quality of service. First, let me say appointments are not appointments just checkins and you’re not provided an estimate of when your vehicle will be ready and loaners are a first come first serve basis. Now let me get to the meat of this review, on or around June 28, 2024 I had an “appointment” for two concerns; emissions issue and map update issue. The emission issue was covered but the map update issue I was told they needed more time to investigate because I informed the advisor at checkin I needed my vehicle back by Wed afternoon the latest because I was going out of town. I received my vehicle on that Tuesday, July 2, 2024 with the understanding there was still an outstanding issue. I traveled out of town but less than 36 hours after getting my vehicle 3 errors pop up on my display; “IEB system not available “, “cruise control not available” and “suspension fault”. Also, the option of auto is not available for I guess drive options it will only stay in the comfort setting. I don’t understand how I bring my car to the dealership for service and get it back with more problems then it went in with. Since it was a holiday weekend and I was out of town, I contacted my service advisor and returned to the dealership on Mon/ Tues, July 8/9, 2024 my earliest availability. All of the previous issues I just mentioned were repaired. I was charged a diagnostic fee that was not discussed with me or agreed to but it was waived/ removed and my discount was not initially applied but that was resolved before I paid the balance. However, I had to spend additional time at the dealership that would not have been necessary had this been done correctly the first time. PLEASE READ: The outstanding issue, the map update I was told was going to cost me over $5000 because some box in the trunk that runs or has something to do with the infotainment system needed to be replaced and the tech was 99.9 % sure that was the problem. I was also told during the first visit that the tech tried a different usb to install the map update and that didn't work for him either. At the end of the day, I am aware of the class action lawsuit related to the defective infotainment system in certain vehicles and mine is covered under the class action so I declined to pay for the repair. HOWEVER, I decided to buy another usb, download and try to install the map update and it worked perfectly fine (as pictured). So, how could the tech be so sure that the problem was with the part he wanted to replace and did he actually do all the possible troubleshooting necessary to resolve my issue. Well the answer to that is unknown but I know that a new usb solved the issue. My trust and confidence is shattered in the service advisors and techs at this location. Unfortunately, I purchased my vehicle here and a extended warranty so I feel obligated to drive at least an hour to get serviced here since like most things dealerships are franchised.

Friendly enough. I was in to buy a car but it was 45 minutes from closing time and they said they didn’t want to do the paperwork, detailing etc because it was close to closing time and they were closed for the weekend. It worked out, because I leased one elsewhere the next day

Worse dealership ever ripped off. I had my car for 8days there was some issues in the car and trying to return for the price. To make the story short the manager didn’t let me do it I lost $10k in more than a week. NO MERCY… I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY OF THIER CAR I HAD 2 of them !
