This place is always running so behind (like 30-90 minutes) despite having appointments. It’s not as clean as it should be either, but giving a star for their techs who are pretty good.

Wow just wow. I had to come in for a walk in because they had no appointments for almost 2 weeks. It was packed and I waited an hour and 15 minutes (mind you I was called up and told I would be seen soon). The front desk staff was clearly stressed and taking it out on patients. They kept disappearing from the desk. I waited to ask when I would be called they admitted they just FORGOT to take my order and put it on the board to be called. I was there for an hour and a half. I will NEVER return. I will pay for an at home test or go elsewhere. They didn’t even offer me an apology!

As most other people have said. Terrible experience here. Go somewhere else. Everyone is rude, they don’t respect appointment times. Ugh. Literally would throw up if I had to go here again.

I scheduled an appointment and I was seen right on time. I am a very hard stick and the team was awesome working with me to get all the many many vials my dr requested

They lost my appointment and labeled me as a walk-in. The woman at the front desk lost her temper and screamed at me when I asked why this occurred. This place is also filthy with trash in the floor. Do not come here.

Front desk staff are so unprofessional, rude, and racist. My friend signed in at 8 AM, and when he complained at 11:40 about them calling another new person who just arrived for the same test, they asked him to show his ID with a very bad attitude. please try to choose another place.

Extremely disappointed with my recent experience at LabCorp on Duke Street. The front desk staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional. Despite arriving early for my 1:15 appointment and checking in by 12:50, I wasn't seen until 2:20, while others who arrived later were attended to first. When I raised this concern with the receptionist, her response was equally unprofessional. Unacceptable service and attitude.

If I could, I wouldn’t given even 1 start to this Labcorp.
Very dirty and super mismanagement.
When you go to this lab, you have to be in the waiting room for at least 3 hours.
The opening time is 7:00am; however, they have only one nurse.
Super time wasting lab test center.
The lab techs are very rude in this Labcorp.,

Front desk staff and techs are great. Hardworking and understaffed. Facility is poorly maintained. Impossible to get morning appointment online unless you plan weeks in advance. They take walk-ins but you can wait up to 2 hours if they’re busy.

Consistently slow and inattentive.
Wasted 2 hours driving to and from the lab in traffic and ended up waiting an hour but was never seen. There are much better labs out there.
Avoid this one at all costs.
