I called to order a battery pack for our 1+ year old recliner. We had a power failure last week, which produced some pr I blews with the recliner, and the technician who was sent recommended the battery pack. The store did not have a new battery pack and so ordered one that should arrive the second week in November. They made sure to keep me informed every step of the way.

Spent thousands for garbage. We had a 3 seat recliner and 2 seat loveseat delivered in October 2023. They're are 2 people using this furniture so it's not getting heavy use.
By August of 2024, just 10 months later, the cushions and padding were so worn that you could feel the wooden frame of the furniture.
Thinking it had to be a defect and knowing they upsold us the "comprehensive extended warranty" they assured us would cover everything, we called.
They sent someone out who deemed it "normal use compression" and thus not covered by warranty.
So they think getting less than one year of actual comfort is standard. You should not have any expectation of this lasting or keeping form.
Absolutely felt like we were scammed. I will never ever buy from them again. Just zero integrity behind their products and the warranty is a lie.
Shame on everyone here. Disgraceful.

Beautiful furniture. Unfortunately, my sales associate, Mikaela, outright lied to me about delivery dates and costs, and waited until AFTER swiping my credit card to tell me that the delivery would be delayed.

I shopped a few different furniture stores and liked La-Z-Boy the best. There was a large selection of furniture in the showroom to try, and a lot of further customization options to choose from. The representative who helped me, Tony, was great. He was very helpful and easy to work with. Renee, a designer, was also extremely helpful and can do a digital mock-up viewed on a TV screen to show the furniture style with different fabrics. This was very helpful since there are a lot of fabrics to choose from. Recommended!

My elderly mother was in need of a quality recliner she could sit and rest comfortably in. Our rep, Michael, was excellent in listening to her concerns and taking the time to show her models that fit her requirements for size, comfort and ease of use. He fully explained the details and differences and answered all of our questions while also allowing us the personal space to browse and discuss. We are very happy with the purchase and grateful for Michael’s knowledge and assistance!

We went in to the store knowing what we wanted out of a recliner, but with no idea where to start. Tony helped us during our visit. I gave him the specs we wanted and he led us to a few options that fit exactly what we were looking for. He helped us customize the recliner to have the rocking and swivel features we wanted in the perfect color and fabric. He showed us some upholstery cleaner and recommended a 5 year protection plan, both of which we bought in addition to the recliner. Additionally, the price of our new recliner was unbeatable. Tony was so personable and helpful and made the buying process easy for us. We can’t wait for our recliner to be delivered in less than a week! Thank you Tony- you gave us an absolutely exceptional experience!!!!
Update: We just received a thank you card in the mail from Tony- what an amazing salesman!! He made us feel special during the buying process and after!
