Horrible shop please stay away from them!!! They half do jobs. They forgot to replace my tire did not give me an alignment, ALSO lost my brother obituary!!! Paint started to fade away after 3 months from them. Horrible customer services I got to call and double text just to get an update on my car. They manger is horrible and does not know how to take accountability of anything he do. I repeat stay away from this shop!

Overall, I had a great experience with Koons collision repair. My technician was very friendly any time I needed to call him for updates and was very helpful as well. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because, when I got my car back, I was missing my stick on blindspot mirrors. I was told they may have come off during cleaning, however, I should have been notified about that and should have been offered to be replaced but wasn’t. I now have the sticky residue left on my mirrors where the small stick-ons used to be.

It was a job well done. My car looked brand new, very professionally done and done on time too. Mr. Tommy was so nice and very accommodating. The service provided was outstanding. Everything was very professionally handled. I highly recommend them!

The adjuster gave false information to my insurance about my vehicle being repaired. He added other claims to the existing claims, to be added for repairs. This is not what the customer asked to be fixed. The insurance denied the false claim given from Koons adjuster, and work was canceled. Furthermore, Koons put some accelerant on vehicle, that took off my clear coat, which was protecting the paint from peeling off the vehicle, that was damaged.

Excellent customer service. Work was done in a timely fashion. I was attending a seminar in DC and they've worked with me to make sure I got my vehicle and in turn left the rental.

I put my Tesla model y in for work. I was scared because of the mixed reviews however because of the short distance I decided to go with koons. While I am not a fan of the name. I was pleasantly surprised when I met with Nick and Tommy. They communicated with me through the whole process. My car was returned within 2 weeks. I went on vacation and came back to my car ready to go. Thanks Tommy for the work and customer service. Really missed most everywhere you go these days.

Awesome experience. Lionel was top notch from beginning to end, and really worked on behalf of me. Good surprise to get my car back with the inside wiped down nicely and the tires looking sleek and brand new.

My car had some damage from a minor fender bender and the other driver's insurance sent us here for insurance covered repairs. They finished my repairs a day early and worked seamlessly with Enterprise. Needing repairs is never an enjoyable experience but they made it as painless as possible and my car looks good as new.
