I had an issue with an engine sensor on my 2014 Malibu. Yates was able to resolve it the same day for a reasonable charge. I would recommend taking your car to Yates.

Very convenient location and prices are a tad higher than another place I usually frequent by a couple of dollars. However, it is VERY convenient and this staff do a good job of drying off your car and are friendly. So the quality is as expected from the automated wash itself. It's f you need a quick rinse and not the ultimate wash and don't mind spending a couple of extra bucks this weekend s a good place. I will say though that my other place does offer a wipe down rag for the interior and this place does not.

I spent $43 for a wash. They cleaned inside and out. I didn't know that they cleaned the trunk and I had items in my trunk so my trunk was not cleaned. The exterior was cleaned well, but the inside was not. I tipped the technician and asked him to go over my seats and dash. He recleaned everything and it was much better, but I should not have had to tip them and ask for it be cleaned again. Also the technician was calling me saying Aye Yo .... I'm a professional woman in my late thirties...That was disrespectful and uncalled for.

This was a great option for a quick pre-trip cleaning. Quality and time spent were great. Worked with me with regards to amount of time. Easy to walk to stores etc to pass the waiting time.

Yates Car Wash in Alexandria is EXCELLENT. My car looks brand new every time I bring it here. Nathaniel, the manager always does his best to make sure that all customers receive the best service possible. Nathaniel and his team are absolutely excellent and amazing. I've never seen my car so clean, it looks absolutely BRAND NEW. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!

Big time "Meh". Normal drive thru car wash that's advertised with more detailing but leaving the wash and getting home? Pass. Bug residue still on front of car and water/spinner residue on hood..... Only $27 but still. Tried them out from my normal go-to, Sonic Wash in Falls Church. Doubtful I'll be back.

I go here somewhat regularly and get the supreme car wash ($44). You run your car through an automatic wash and then park while people wipe down your interior and exterior. They also vacuum and get the windows. I think it's very good for the price. You can also call and ask for a more thorough detailing that is more expensive.

Went to get my car washed here, and seems like they were not paying attention and the cars got backed up on the track and my rims got scratched up against the sides. Is anybody going to contact me for the damages? I filled out a report last week.

Went there today for a car wash. Wasn't expecting much anyway, but I said hey my car really needs a wash. Rode up to the entrance of the car washing machine and saw the prices and the lowest one is$18 and the most expensive was$43 dollars or $49 dollars. Turned me off initially. But I went through anyway. Went through and came out. Got out of my car and walked around and it didn't even clean my car fully still spots that were unclean and regular dirt on the front. These car washes with machines are driving people of a quality job. I feel robbed and it wasn't worth it. Taking peoples hard earned money for a crappy car wash. Won't go again.

Hadn't cleaned my car in eons and it needed a really intense wash. Called these guys and they booked me very quickly. Went to drop it off and got the special detail package for $199. At first I was worried because they seemed a bit laid back but man was I off. They did a supremely thorough job and got my car looking brand new. Shout out to Nathaniel, Felix and the front desk lady for being a great, simple and effective team. Been really impressed with the eye for detail a week later. They got places I didn't even expect (eg where the extra tire is)

- $1 discount for military/veterans is a complete insult. Better to simply not have a discount - A few areas on the car 3 still had dirt/soil. I was told it wouldn't come out. - Inside windows not clean (right back window still had dog smears, rear view mirror still had spots, front windshield still dirty) - Side view mirrors dirty - Contents of trunk taken out and not strapped back with netting resulting in the contents shifting while driving (very annoying to hear) After driving off I drove back to have the windows cleaned (noticed after driving to the other side of parking lot) REGRETTED giving a tip. For the price and 7 hours I expected my car to be fully emmaculate....it wasn't.

Meh.... I don't really know how I feel about the car wash I received. My brother in law got his car detailed from Yates and was raving about how great of a job they did. I came by and decided to get the the top dog $40~ car wash to try them out. My car was fairly clean but just needed a thorough wash and wipe. The automated car wash was terrifying. They pile cars in and its very low visibility once you're inside. I've been to plenty of car washes but this was the first time I felt uneasy sitting through one. Once I was through, I parked my car so they could clean the inside and took a seat at the nearby bench. They signaled me over once they were done and I asked if they cleaned the trunk. He said they did but I didn't see them open it once. I opened it to check and that's when one of them said "I can't clean it if you have bags in your trunk" ..... Understood but you can just ask me to remove them and I will just like I did when he pointed it out.... They half assed the trunk cleaning and sent me on my way. The car was definitely surface cleaned but that's about it. They did the job but I was expecting more. Once I got home, I noticed all the steaks on my windshield, my screen and my dash. They also didn't move the two small items in my back seat and seemed to have just "cleaned" around it. The outside was flawless but the inside was not up to par.
