This was my go-to for dry cleaning and tailoring during my two years living in Old Town. They are fast, efficient, well-priced miracle workers. When I gained a little weight around the middle, but didn't want to buy new suits, they managed to take out skirts and pants with precision, using some fabric from the lining to fill in the gaps. When I needed a newly purchased pair of pants hemmed for a trip, they managed to complete it in 24 hours. From sweaters to quilts to ballgowns, they do an amazing job on cleaning and pressing. They are also super nice, with little gifts for their customers throughout the year. Highly recommend!

I used King exclusively until the management changed recently. I continued to use them with mixed results until today. I picked up a sport coat they had dry cleaned only to find that every single button on the sleeves and the front were broken. They refused to fix it and tried to tell me I had to pay them to fix the buttons they broke. It was very disappointing as I would otherwise love to support a local business down the street. It I can no longer bring my clothes to them in good conscience and I asked them to delete my account today

I had a good experience here. The staff was friendly and provided all of my services on time. I found the cleaning a little pricey compared to Zips but it's convenient. The alterations were done very well and the lady that helped me was very kind.

Excellent customer service, and most importantly the tailoring and alternations services are top notch. I had alteration services done for leather jackets, a tuxedo, jeans, as well as some very delicate and rare investment pieces. All done immaculately. It took me a while to find the right tailor to trust my alterations with. I am extremely satisfied, and relived, to have found this tailor.Services: Shirt tailoring

Brought me suit pants in to get tailored, told them I just needed the waist brought in. They proceeded to to hem the legs, me not knowing any better trusted them. Now the pants are uncomfortably tight and I can’t sit down in them. 80$ for that as well!They also tried to upsell me on getting me jacket tailored even though I told them no. Pushy sales tactics and the reviews are misleading.Only good thing about the place is they were able to turn the tailoring around in 3 days.

Kings Cleaner & Tailor was amazing! They cleaned my Wedding dress impeccably. They’re very economically priced. And their customer service is unmatched.When I tried to zip my bag upon delivery, I broke it. They could’ve left it as is, but the owner decided to fix and had it ready for me when I returned. I went to Kings to clean my shoes that got dirty on a hike. The shoes were not cleaned properly and are still pretty dirty. Also, one of the pairs were actually damaged (holes in the fabric that weren’t there when I dropped them off!).

I took my comforter in to be cleaned. There was some dog smell. I also asked a corner to be sewn. Quote was $60. I took it home. It smelled the same. Strings were hanging where they sewed the corner. I threw it in my washing machine it smelled better. I could have washed it myself. Sloppy Job. They argued with me only gave me $5 credit bk to credit card after speaking with 2 employees. RIP OFF place.

Fair pricing and hard working staff. The only thing is, the parking is impossible. It is fairly close to my office, but still make it tricky for some thing specific/urgent to be dropped off
