There is not a nicer or more knowledgeable tobacconist in all of Old Town, Alexandria. Much appreciated as well, the shop has a deep respect for the older legacy sticks that have never strayed from rolling true cigars.

If I could give it 6/5 stars I would. Super nice environment greeted with delicious smelling cigars as soon as you walk in. & super nice employee/owner.The only place out of 15-20 I’ve called/gone to that has had snuff.

Let me use bathroom (which was nice and clean) before even making a purchase. Has a nice selection of cigars and even pipes for tobacco. The stupid, required “Tobaccco Tax” is included in the price of the cigar, which is a plus!

Staff is not friendly, they make you feel stupid if you don't know a lot about cigars. Uncomfortable environment if you are wanting smoke and not a regular.

Mediocre cigar collection but not bad. The bigger issue is it's very much an old-guard kind of place so you feel very uncomfortable if you're not a regular.

From Germany vacation: Not Shiny like the franchise over the street. ( cigar fast food)BUT when you want to talk with real locals , a realy good humidor, the feeling of " you are welcome "las human "not just as customer... you have to go to this "lounge". Get good insider informtions where to go , where to eat by a nice smoke and watching the game.It is a must go when you realy want a good experince of local hospitality.

I roll my own cigarettes, and this shop sells everything I need and more. I can buy a pouch of loose tobacco (they have four different flavors available) and the pouch comes with rolling papers included, unlike Natural American Spirit brand tobacco, which stopped including papers years ago. I can also buy loose filters here, and they include free matchbooks with the purchase. I have been shopping here for about a decade, and have never been disappointed.
