I have come to this dealership, known as Jerry's Ford, and now Malloy Ford, since it was built in the early 1970s. They have seen me through all of my adult driving life. Harry Stein, the service writer, has been my best guardian and mechanic, Dave Mathis, the "good doctor" of all my vehicles, regardless of makes and models. Now, handicap and wheelchair bound, I couldn't imagine going anywhere else unless they advised me to go elsewhere. These two have been like brothers to me, have served my Father's and Mother's vehicles until their passing as well. 100 stars if I could give them.

I just bought a used 2017 Ford Escape from Malloy Ford Alexandria for my Grandparents. As soon as I walked in the door I was taken care of by Chris Whitlow. He worked with me to help make sure the vehicle I was looking at was all set and in proper showing condition as well as helped get me to my price range. When I called back saying I was limited on time and needed paperwork to move fast Chris was able to have everything done when I walked in the door and only needed signatures before we could head out! I highly Recommend going to Malloy Ford Alexandria and if you do as for Chris Whitlow and you will be taken care of!

I took my car to Malloy Ford to be checked for a malfunction notice about lane keeping feature not working that popped up every time I turned on my car despite the feature being turned off. I had extended warranty ending in a few days and wanted to take advantage of the extra coverage I had purchased. I let the service know that the car has original battery that might not be as strong anymore for all functions. At first I paid for diagnostics. No issues there. Got my car back, the malfunction notice was gone for a day and came back the next. Took my car back in to the service on Thursday. I mentioned that if this is battery related issue, go ahead and change it. I must mention that the valet service was great. Since I work within 5 mile radius from dealership, they took me to work and picked up. This was the only thing that was above and beyond customer service. My service advisor did not call me to let me know what have they tried to do to fix the issue. I had to make a call to remind them to be picked up before the workday ended. I was told they need my car for another day and they will provide a rental for me. OK, fine. No mention that this will cost $40 for me. The dealer doesn't have a loaner I was told later. If that would have been the case, I would have wanted my car back for the night and take it back the next morning. The car was drivable. Got the rental, drove off. I finally got a call the next day afternoon from my service advisor that the car is ready to be picked up on Friday after 4PM. The issue was battery related and they went ahead and changed the battery as I had told them. My service advisor had left by the time I got there. On the bill I was charged for the rental, some other charges on top of the battery cost. I did not agree with the charges since there had not been any discussion about them. I agreed to pay the cost of the battery and the $80 charge for changing the battery. The service advisor never told me the full amount they were to charge me. I was expecting better communication between us, but I can live with this. So I drove off with my car that had a brand new battery. 10 minutes later I was on a busy intersection in the middle of rush hour and my car died. Nothing worked. No lights, nothing. I was not able to turn on the emergency lights, put the car in neutral and push off the road, I was not able to open the back of the car to pull out my warning triangle to avoid a collision. It was getting dark outside and it is fair to say this was a dangerous situation I was in. I called the dealership to let them know what happened. A person who saw me helpless came to help, popped the hood, checked the battery cable which was totally loose. Pretty much "MacGyvered" the cable to the battery to get the car off the road. Whoever was the technician at the dealership did not do his/her job. There was no quality control which caused the car to stop in the middle of traffic and put me in a very unsafe situation. So I called the dealership on Monday. My service advisor told me that he was looking for my car in the dealership. He told me that I can take my car back for a complimentary CAR WASH to make this mistake good. I said I will not come back for anything. Why not offer tire rotation or oil change but a CAR WASH???? I was honestly speechless and I wanted to talk to the service manager who wasn't available on Monday. Finally on Wednesday afternoon I called again to talk to the service manager and make him aware about the service I had received. This call did not go well. First of all he told me that everyone had an impression that the issue was taken care of by me using AAA and there was nothing really to discuss. I don't know where this information came from. I only said I will not come back to this dealership. I started explaining to the best of my ability using technical vocabulary what happened on Friday after I picked up my car. The manager argued with me that the cable was attached to the battery when I drove off the service and it came loose while driving. This was just

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Ford Malloy of Alexandria, and I must say, the experience was truly exceptional. Came today for a break flush and to replace my under shield. The car was ready at 850 am, I go and check and undershield was still fixed, broken part flapping, I tell Alec or Alex, he apologizes, brings it back at car comes back at 0950, I check it, still has a broken undershield that’s flapping. I go to Alec or Alex again and he says it was done, I’m like I just checked, he doubts it so he comes to the car, kneels down and checks it and still flapping, so I ask, what the heck did the mechanic fix? I still got the same problem. I ask him, I’m don’t trying to fix this problem, I wanna go, he says they need there part; I’m like okay, get it than, it’s 1045 and finally leave with the broken undershield. I’m done with Malloy ford, i been a customer since 2019 when I was stationed here. Someone needs to go teach that mechanic. Felt bad for customer service who helped me, outta his control. This doesn’t change the fact, the manager Tracy didn’t do anything; he said he was going to check it and I saw him go right back in his office to do manager work. Very disappointing.

I sought out a local Ford dealership after experiencing some transmission issues in my vehicle that was still under warranty. After another local Ford dealer told me I'd have to leave my vehicle with them for one month just to get a diagnostic, I contacted Mallory Ford. Their service department was extremely helpful and got me an appointment that same week. They ran multiple tests on my vehicle to determine the issue, replaced the faulty equipment, recalibrated the transmission, and returned my vehicle to me, all within one day! Best of all, everything was covered under warranty. Based on the staff's friendliness, professionalism, and helpfulness, I'd highly recommend this dealership to anyone seeking to purchase or service a Ford vehicle.

Wonderful experience buying my new Bronco here! The GM worked with us for a fairly quick and very easy buying process. Kierra was wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and issues attentively! Even offered for me to take the car overnight to my husband to show him! Highly recommend buying from Malloy!

I would not recommend this place to sell your car. Kelley blue book gave me initial quote of 6,190 for my Ford Edge, excellent condition, just three minor scratches (it’s 2013), no mechanical issues or anything. They called me multiple times trying to schedule appointment and telling me they were sure they could give me an even better offer. When I finally decide to get there, they took almost an hour and tell me they can’t give me more than $4,000. They told me the car did not have any mechanical issues but they needed to make repairs so that was the maximum amount. What?? What repairs?? Why would you waste people’s time like that? Lack of seriousness.Maybe for other purposes they’re good, but not for selling your car.

I had an unfortunate incident with another Ford dealership where I had to have my car towed to Malloy right before service closed. When I got to Malloy, Asbel in service, took care of me right away. He got me into a loaner and said that they would look at my car first thing the next morning. The next morning, he called and told me what the issue was and said that they had taken care of the problem. From the time I stepped into this dealership, the customer service was amazing. They were very responsive, listened to me vent, and understood my concerns. Everyone I talked to was polite, professional, and you could tell that they genuinely cared about their customers. They did not have to fix the mistake from the other dealership, but they did, and they did it quick. Even though this was my first time at Malloy, I would highly recommend this dealership. Thank you guys for taking care of me and my vehicle.

Last week I bought my new car at Ford Malloy with Emmanuel. He was very friendly and tried very hard to make the whole process work. Everything was solved in one day and I thought everything flowed well. I also have to talk about the guy in finance, who also helped and was nice. I had a great experience and I highly recommend it.

I worked with Jonathan Marple through pretty much nothing but texting to buy a car from our of state! He was quick to respond, answered all my questions, answered all my mechanic fiances questions, sent me extra pictures of the underside, and was easy to work with! He made the experience of buying a car out of state sight unseen easy and I wasn't the least but nervous about he purchase. Thanks Jonathan!

If I could give a one star, I would. This has been the worst car buying process i have ever experienced. From lies, omissions of information, to down right negligence at their job. First the dealership kept losing registration and insurance documents need to register my vehicle with Michigan. Secondly, it took two months to get that registration. Thirdly, they go through a third party to register out of state vehicles and charge you for the process. This was never discussed during the buying process. Fourth, two months later my trade-in is not paid off and I’m getting late fee calls from Wells Fargo. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else, anywhere else. Additionally, there were no communication until I initiated while trying to take care of problems. My original post complimented the salesman, and i stand by that. Unfortunately, the problems after the sale outweighed a good salesman.

$175 diagnostic fee for the car I am selling. Let make me straight: they charge me a fee for the diagnostic the car which they trying to buy from me. The car according to them costs $500. ALL cars I saw in the auto auctions were starting from 2000. Part of the problem with such low price - transmission replacement. And it leads us to ford manufacturer itself: dealership refused to make any repairs under warranty, and keep talking that this is not the warranty case(actually it is). Ford focus transmission for years knowing as a problematic and a few years ago even a lawsuit was won by group of customers. So again: how to rip off the people: first: decline any under warranty repairs, second offer $300 for the car, third: resell it to another idiot. Repeat the cycle. My next vehicle already Tesla. I hope everyone here will go to bankruptcy very soon when driverless cars and online sales will take care about everything. The best decision in my life was selling their stocks on the right time. I see in person who is running that business.

Hands down the best experience I ever had buying a vehicle. Typically the car buying process is excruciating, but the team here made it a painless and seamless one from start to finish. Rafe was an easy going and knowledgeable salesman, who helped me narrow down exactly what I wanted after weeks of looking at cars at other dealerships to no avail. He was not pushy and gave me time to decide on the right car. Once I decided, the GM Daniel and the entire team made sure everything went smoothly. I am so happy with my purchase and cannot recommend this dealership enough!
