I recently purchased a 2024 Toyota Tacoma Trailhunter edition. Eric Watt was my salesperson. I contacted him 5 months ago and started the process to get my truck ordered. He was outstanding being patient with me due to the nature of this specific truck being new and in high demand. I felt like the entire process was fair and transparent. I have zero buyers remorse and I think my experience with Eric and team had a lot to do with that. Thank you Alexandria Toyota, the truck is amazing.

My car has been making a loud squeaky, whistling noise. I automatically thought I need my brakes replaced so I called the dealership 3 times just to get an estimate on getting the work done. Each time, my calls weee transferred, ended up leaving voicemails each time with no calls back. Took it upon myself to go in person to inquire. Luckily, I gravitated towards service advisor James Moore. His customer service, A1, exceptional ! I briefly vented about my frustration regarding trying to call for my estimate and he listened although it had nothing to do with him. He got me in same day for diagnostics when I could have easily been told to make an appointment. James is very personable and real and has a great sense of humor. He escorted me to the back to speak with the techs and was very involved in trying to figure what’s going on with my vehicle. His customer service got rid of my frustration about not getting through on the phone. Felt like I was talking to a friend. James Moore is AWESOME ! And guess what ? Dont even need my brakes replaced right now ! Thanks James. One less thing to worry about because I surely was not looking forward to getting car maintenance right now
