Top notch service from the staff, the offices and meeting spaces are bright, clean, and welcoming. The location is convenient to 495 (and the metro) and there is plenty of parking.

We've been using Intelligent Office for 5+ years. I don't know what we would do without them. They ensure that every incoming call gets answered! They forward calls to the appropriate person. No incoming caller EVER has recognized that the phone is being answered from someone who is not at our front desk. The Intelligent Office team is TOP NOTCH!!

Even though I have been with them for less than a year it was enough time to recognize the quality of service they provide. It is worth every dollar of investment. Proximal location between Alexandria, National Harbor and DC. They will go above and beyond to support your business needs. The place might get too hot on weekends and after hours but it is because the building turning off AC after hours. It is worth getting a fan or a portable AC in your office.

Our company rented a meeting space at the Intelligent Office and it was so easy and budget friendly! The place is impeccably clean and modern which made very positive impressions with our team. The best part is the Intelligent Office staff. True to the name, they are intelligent, friendly, and helpful. Chanel the office manager made the process extremely easy and intuitive. I love this branch of Intelligent Office because their staff is so well trained. They are able to be like your own staff receptionist and can customize specifically for your small business so no-one has to know they are an answering service. They have been very flexible and open to working in whatever way works for your business. I highly recommend!
