I called, and received the perfect advice. I was sold. I went in to have the work done. As a work from home person, I needed a quick turn around. The promised it to me fixed in a day or less. A few hours later, all my repairs and upgrades had been completed. Amazing shop! Highly recommend. Knowledgeable staff. Next issue, you're my new go-to.

They got the job done and delivered on what they said they would do. So points for that. But to say the customer service experience was disappointing would be an understatement. Just utterly missing the mark on some really basic customer relation skills.

I am rather handy with computers. I started out my professional life as a Network Engineer almost 30 years ago. Yet, even today there are computing problems that even I cant fix. Since the days of Windows 3.1 I have been bringing the unfixable to be fixed by Intellect Computers. Five stars is simply not enough. If your computer is broken and your nerdiest friend cant even fix it, then bring it to Intellect Conputers.

This place is honest and upfront. Refused to exaggerate timeframe it would take to complete the work, even when competitors did. Charged way less than others, and did not overbill or come up with extra "work" that needed expenses. Highly recommend.

Stay away from them! Their service is really bad, especially they guy at front desk ‘ john’ . They fixed my laptop and changed me $139 and when I asked about the issue and what they fixed? they tried not to explain to me, they say your laptop is fixed and you just take it. I said I need details about the problem and what did you fix but they only wrote “rest hardware” and didn’t explain anything else and they changed me 139 for this.Totally non professional people, they are there only to steel money.

Intellect Computers did an outstanding job fixing an older and difficult to work on Xerox laser printer. They were even able to find and replace a part that was difficult to obtain, and even more difficult to swap out, requiring a complete disassembly of the printer. Despite this, and the amount of labor involved, they still charged a reasonable fee. I highly recommend Intellect Computers, and will certainly use them the next time I need professional assistance.

I cannot tell you how many times I have taken computers to Intellect Computers. It has been for a long time and it has been quite a few. Same team, same quality. I am very impressed with their knowledge and skill. George is unflappable and gets things done. They're the best in town and their price is very reasonable great customer service. The store has been around since 1993 and they still have the customer service attitude, their technicians are great and know what they do, I trust them with any IT issues better than best buy, and their geeks and way cheaper.
