I made a atm cash deposit at the alexandria branch, the machine took my money and displayed a error message spit out my card and reciept with the balance showing $0. I immediately called customer serive and the response was awful they never showed compassion to the situtation they was rude and told me i had to wait to the investagation was over to be credited my money which i clearly dont understand why i have to wait its was not my fault that the machine was malfunctioning. When this is over i plan to close my account. I have had problem after problem with this bank. I DONT RECCOMEND THIS BANK!! I REPEAT DONT BANK WITH HSBC!!

Excellent service. We ran out of checks and had a tax deadline to meet; the staff at this branch were very helpful in quickly printing additional checks for us to use.Also, they validate parking.

Been a customer for some time easy with banking both internet and money market have many forms for service's checking account savings money market etc etc and there services i truly like the freshness of the bank compare to bank of America differently a difrent experience I highly recommend.

I'm not sure about people's previous experiences with this branch, but ours was great. We were in town for a couole of days and we don't have a branch in Arizona. We called ahead, they fit us in, took an hour to take care of opening an international account and we were done. Very pleasant and professional.

There is no parking for the bank and you have to pay to park your car. That makes no sense for such a wealthy bank !!!!!
