They scam you out.. they said they'll give a discount but they wont even honor what's on their website..
I'm not coming back here again. There are more decent locations. Take your business somewhere else.

Not good. There was no one at the front desk at 9 AM when they opened. I had to walk around the back of the establishment just to find someone after I tried calling the front desk. I was told that they "didn't really" do state inspections when I asked. I won't return.

Charging $127 for a diagnostic fee. A diagnostic test is just plugging into the car to see what the error is. Takes 10 seconds. This is a scam.

I can't elaborate enough how much this place means to me. My husband and I are newish to the area and have taken each of our cars a few times. They are so incredibly forward and upfront about what services you need/ don't need, etc. And our cars are always done quickly for an incredibly fair price. They really live up to their name. First let me state I would have given this place a least 4 or 5 star. But because the staff not the management I had to drop the rating to the lowest possible. Long story short my car was blowing hot air and no other shop had anti freeze on stock. I had just removed bags from my backseat and placed them in my truck. While waiting I noticed that one of the employees the heavy one was blocking my view from looking at my car since I was in the waiting room. When the process was over and I paid the bill I drove home and to my horror a peace in the back of my card was missing. You can see the imprint of the as plain as day. Now, if that piece was missing prior going there then that was on me but the fact of the matter is that part was removed right in my presence. The next day I went back to the shop and told the manager/owner what happened and he said that was impossible for he trust his employees and that he as 4 cameras in that area. I reported the incident to the Fairfax police department. The manager is cool but the people who works for him that's another story. I will NOT be going back there. Beware!!

Hassan never overpriced any customers and many times perform service at no charge.
