After test driving a pre-owned vehicle, I decided I wanted to buy it. I informed the sales team of my intent and sent them the info for my lender. I received a call saying I could pick up the vehicle that day. Unfortunately I couldn't go in that day, so I made an appointment to sign papers and get the vehicle the next day. When I arrived for my appointment the salesperson told me the car was sold to someone else. I understand that no papers had been signed by me, but why tell me to come pick up the vehicle and schedule an appointment to do so if you're not going to honor that? Just tell people the sooner you come in the better, because we do not reward loyalty or respect the fact that a verbal deal was made. I've never experienced a lack of professionalism and communication as I did with Rosenthal Landmark Honda sales. Do not trust what they tell you and I would only buy a vehicle here if you have cash in hand and it's an unbeatable price.

I really should have looked here before jumping and getting a new Honda here. Yeah, the car is great but they did not send me back my trade-in's license plates as promised and repeated attempts have proven futile. They did not offer me a tire upgrade (from run flats-by far the worse tires available) so I made an aftermarket purchase from TireRack. Definitely not going back there for service.

The manager says they will look into twice now. Yet , they did nothing, nor even acknowledge anything. Cleary, web staff just enters a message reply on here as a manager to make it look like this dealership cares at looking into and resolving. If you are reviewing dealers DO NOT GO HERE, it is not worth it!! look at the previous reviews!!

It is a rip-off dealer; they are money-hungry without any consideration to the customer, and they recommend service that is not needed, just to get money. They don't provide you with easy solutions; they magnify the issue so they can get more money. I also checked Honda dealership reviews; this is one of the worst dealerships in the area.this is based on several services, and every time, I say maybe next time will be better, however, it was going from bad to worse.Save you money and time and find another dealership.

I would steer CLEAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! This is the worst, criminal of all Honda service dealerships. I would advise you take your Honda vehicle to get serviced at another Honda dealership or 3rd party certified mechanic, before dealing with these LIARS!!!They will misdiagnose your vehicle issues, charge you a crazy amount, and then lie to your face, that your problems have been fixed, only for you to take it to another mechanic to get it properly fixed. They should be shutdown, what a disgrace of a place!!!Stay away from this crap of a place!!!!

It was a very unpleasant and disappointing experience at this dealership today. I arrived the dealership with my friend whom I was helping for her new Honda purchase. Maxwell was our sales associate. Been purchasing/ leasing cars for past 20 years I have never seen such an incompetent, stubborn and rude associate. Whatever we were asking him he was doing the exact opposite. He didn't even ask us what features are we looking for and immediately took us outside in such scorching heat and just making us see car stickers, so very unprofessional. We liked a car and we test drove it and when it comes to talk to number he was adamant to run my friend's credit before he gives us any financing options, so very odd, this is not a practice in any dealership in the entire country. When he was just not listening to us I asked if we can talk to his manager and he then brought out a piece of paper with no make sense numbers for full price. Note to management or leadership is to please look into such associates who is defaming the name of not only this dealership but in general the very prestige Honda.We were happy with the Honda test drive but because of such incompetent and non professional SA we left.

Took my car to get a valve cover fixed a few months ago. After a week the same valve cover pinched and I had to go back and get the same cover fixed again. The auto techs obviously are having issues with their mechanical skills. Also, took got all 4 tires replaced and after 2weeks I got low tire pressure on the front driver side tire.

I had been shopping around for a 2023 Honda HR-V LX, decided to go in on May 5th to see what they had in stock. I had already driven the 2022 Honda HR-V Sport and wanted to drive the 2023 model LX to see the difference. I took my dad with me to help with all the negotiation process. Mark assisted us in showing us the car and answering all of our questions. After test driving the car I decided I wanted to purchase the vehicle, since I had already done my research on the car. The negotiation process went smoothly. I had a trade in, the appraisal of the vehicle roughly took 45 minutes to an hour. We got the offer for my vehicle I was selling and we counteroffered and it was accepted. Wuar from finances came to speak to us about the final details. I did not finance through the dealership, as I preferred financing through my bank, NFCU. Overall I am happy with my purchase. Mark, Wuar, Bob, and the GM were all very help and professional. Thank you for your help on this big purchase.

If you ever decide to go to this dealership for service, think twice! Or at least you should know what you are doing.My wife went for a regular oil change and she ended up paying almost a thousand dollar, out of it $640 something was only for labor. They are scammers. I tried to talk to the service manager and the service advisers later, they all tried to talk to me out and tried to make me accept the scam.She has a Honda CR-V and it has only 36K miles on it. Brand new tires on it but they even try to make her replace her all brand new tires.They knew she has no idea about cars and they try to get as much as they can.Completely unprofessional, they behave like street vendors, I will never shop anything at this place. I don't recommend anyone to spend a penny there.

This place is a scam. Don't ever bring your car to this place. Your car will be damaged and have to spend lots of money to fix it. They purposely damage your car then claim its about time to get it fixed.We brought our Honda HRV to this dealer since our emission were making some noise. We just want to check if it's still under warranty (there was a recall on this model) . That's all. After they checked and said it's not, we decided to take the car home cause we want to replace our emission at another place that we trust. The purpose to take to this dealer was just to know if we are qualified for the recall, since they are certified Honda dealer. However, the car was not drivable ater we got it back. We can't drive faster than 45 miles/hour and the computer has the error light, which it was not there before. We took the car back to them and they claimed the battery is out. So we let them change the battery. They charged us almost $300 for the battery. After the battery got changed, the car still have the same issue. They asked us to let them examine the car again. At this point, we run out of patience and don't feel safe to let them keep our car anymore. They kept the car for almost the whole week. Asked us to change the battery. Damaged our emission. There is no way we can challenge them cause they used all the technical terms and basically blame it on our car.We took the car to another place and they said, the dealer damaged your emission on purpose. We got it fixed and felt furious. We got scammed and felt so helpless.Please do not go to this place. Your car will be damaged for sure.

They tried to switch out my fairly good tires for tires that were in worse condition!!! And when I tried to discuss it with the supervisor he simply brushed it off by trying to tell me they didn't do it on purpose. Yet they remembered to keep 2 tires and take the other 2 to the back. Extremely unreliable!!

My service manager, Jenna Marvel and her team are amazing. She straight forward and honest on what should be done to my vehicles. I have 2 cars & a truck serviced by her and her team. I actually bought the truck, because of her excellent service. We live in Fredericksburg now and still drive to Alexandria just because of the service we receive. You won't go wrong with the service team. And if you have a chance, I highly recommend requesting for Jenna to work you vehicle. You won't be disappointed.
