Really great selection, relatively nice staff. I had to buy a bunch of furnishings/decor for my office (Studio Oronoco) and this was where I found a ton of it!

I was looking for Halloween items early this year and after searching 3 different Homegoods stores, this one had the best collection!! The employees were friendly and polite.

I wanted to say thanks to the new store manager Scott. He was friendly and helpful. Most importantly he thinks one step ahead which was really helpful to me. I told him I got one chair with cushions from other store and only need one. He brought two and suggests to check the cushions color to make sure it matches.

I swear to God, the store will be filled with scratches and everything decorated with its name will be scratched. It's Pottery Barn but Outlet. Wow, if you walk in, you don't want to buy some amazing linens from them, like Pottery Barn carpets. Prices are considered reasonable and cheap.

This home goods is very nice in terms of selection and items. It’s best to go during the week in like a Tuesday or Wednesday. My only flaw with this location is the constant force of trying to get me to sign up with the credit card! The store manager literally would not leave me alone today and kept pestering me to get the credit card because I was buying quite a bit of stuff. After saying no for the 10th time she turns to her daughter/ worker and says I’m missing out on savings and it’s a shame trying to make me feel bad for not signing up for the credit card… the manager probably thought I was young and tried to pull one over on me but I held my ground. I’ve shopped here for the last 4 years and this really turned me off. Again the merchandise is great but trying to bully me into getting a credit card is where I draw the line….

Large store. And aisles were in order. Queue lines at register were non existent. Perhaps not busy time of day. Mondays usually wouldn’t have foot traffic.. They could benefit from having more merchandise on clearance!

Great selection, but extremely poor customer service. I purchased two ceramic 10 inch plant pots, and the customer service rep, Monike, did not want to wrap them (in paper) or give me a bag. When I politely asked her to, her response was “we don’t typically wrap pots” with an eye roll. I’ve purchased dozens of plant pots over the years, and everyone else has proactively wrapped the pots. She also rolled her eyes at me when I asked for a bag, and then threw the bag down on the counter instead of assisting me. Not sure if she was having a bad day, but her attitude was unacceptable.
