The customer service, time frames and communication were excellent! They produce hand crafted works of art in furniture! I recommend them most highly.”

“The customer service was phenomenal. Every employee I've dealt with, throughout the process of picking my bedroom set and having it delivered, was extremely positive and tentative.
James' attitude and knowledge were exceptional. He helped out a lot in picking out the suitable bedroom set for my wife and I. He also made sure that the pieces would all fit nicely in the designated room.
Jose, the person who handled and assembled the furniture, was very caring and patient. Jose was fast and did an excellent job.
The person who orchestrated my furniture to be delivered, I believe his name was Fared, was very informative and helpful.
I will definitely be coming back to furnish the rest of my house. Thank you for the great customer service and for the beautiful furniture!”

“Very fun store to visit. Nice selection of jewelry, crafts, and knickknacks. A great place to look for gifts. Also, weirdly a good selection of coffee, tea, and cocoa. All of those are covered by a rewards program if you go regularly. The spicy cocoa is particularly tasty.”
“One of my favorite store for rare finds. There is a variety from furniture to household goods, candles and even outdoor patio items. The entire shop is in an Old Town rowhome and decorated throughout. Each room has a different theme. It’s a wonderful and eclectic selection of items.”

“The family that owns this shop is such a delight. We got our vintage milk glass lamp repaired here that was broken by movers and it’s good as new and was a pretty quick turnaround. “We stopped by the store while visiting from out of state and ended up finding a couple of pieces we loved. Trini was fantastic to work with, helped us arrange the order, and answered our questions about delivery, and when one of the items arrived with minor damage from the shipping company, she immediately gave us a partial refund and sent some materials to touch up the scratches. Great selection and excellent service - highly recommend!”

“Saboor from Marlo Furniture Alexandria was spectacular! I was in need of a bedroom set for my third home and he was more than helpful in assisting me. It was pretty late when I arrived to the store, but Saboor immediately helped me find the right set that was within my budget. He shared a wealth of information about the different types of bed sets, night stands and mattresses and helped explain the differences in quality. He did not pressure me or push any crazy sales tactics on me. I immediately felt comfortable with him as we toured the showroom, he felt like family. He made me feel at ease with the delivery situation as I needed quick delivery. I also needed the items I selected wrapped for moving. He quickly came up with a solution to all of my concerns 1. Price 2. Fast delivery and wrapping 3. Box spring for the Mattress I selected. Saboor is a solution guy and honest and I appreciated that so much.
