Nice well organized store. But the steep discounts advertised outside are very difficult to find inside and extremely limited. Not a good sign or reason to return.

After driving for 6hrs, I stopped in to price a heat press. It was my first time ever in a hobby lobby. Even tho I was pressed for time, I was just so amazed at the really neat arts and crafts. But, I had to charge my phone if I was going to stroll thru.So I found a very secluded place and plugged in my phone. Came back and noticed my phone missing. I immediately knew that a store staff had to have been watching me the entire time and taken it. Only bcuz there weren’t a ton of shoppers and where I placed it would not have been noticed by a random shopper. Which means they watched me walk back to the phone location, watched me look around, watched me go to staff. Each staff member in the back, laughed and nodded their heads saying that yeah they know that the manager probably took it.I’m not sure what kind of profiling joke that was but I was appalled. I had not noticed any signs saying do not charge phone and had I just walked out and left, they probably would have kept my phone. I thought it was rude and unfriendly. All I can think of is I was profiled (I’m a Black woman who had on street clothes). I truly don’t believe that it would have played out like this had I been someone else. I was told that charging phones was not allowed here. Ok, fine. Mind you, this store is out on a highway in a shopping center. So you need a car or transportation to get to it. So random people or just do not come in and out it appears. And their surveillance people and managers are also Black females. Which lets you know that it doesn’t matter the race of staff. Profiling is profiling.I also heard a code “red” I think just seconds, minutes after I plugged my phone and walk away.I put my items back after that and walked out and went to the next store to charge and shop. Just my first experience with hobby lobby.

Lanya was very rude to me today . When I walked up to the lane I wasn't greeted at all . The only words she spoke to me were "we don't have Apple Pay " so I said thanks , went to get cash & when I returned she said "Are you back for the glue " while still with her current customer. She was laughing & smiling with the customer ahead of me but I got no hospitality whatsoever. I'll be sure to avoid this location.

We arrived here and the tall gentleman was very customer service oriented and showed us where to find our crafting beads. The bonus was that all of the crafting beads were 50% off, YAY!!We also had an opportunity to explore and found that they have a full end-cap of an aisle dedicated to sticky adhesives for wall (or other) items; from Command to 3M Brands, they have it all. There is a beautiful 75% off clearance section that is absolutely well stocked with a great selection of beautiful items. All Wall Decor is currently 50% off this week so that worked out VERY well for us. We will certainly come here again. It is the closest location to Washington, DC....go figure. They definitely need to explore opening one up closer to DC and/or in DC.

Good clearance prices on after holiday items. Nice selection of crafts, decor, sewing, etc. The big issue is that most items are rung up by price as opposed to by scanning a barcode. I have had problems with being overcharged because of that so make sure to check your receipts and question the cashier if you're not sure something is on sale or not.

My wife took me there in search for a frame for an oil painting (14x18) that we just purchased.I've never been to the store & the staff was absolutely amazing:Helpful, warm smiles, and very informative.I would definitely go there again should the need arise.

Love this place for craft items. Decor items are overpriced. Hobby Lobby doesn’t seem to have any rewards or coupons like Michael’s. It’s a huge selection of anything you can imagine. Wish they had better prices, better sales on specific items like wall decor and art.

Great store. Very clean and organized. It’s located in a good shopping center with lots of other stores within walking distance. My cashier today, Ida, was very sweet and friendly.

Seriously I’m disappointed in this Hobby Lobby. The manager(Kurt or Keith or Kevin, a K name) and workers (Yvette and another I didn’t get her name) decided to tell my kids, not to touch things. Seriously, if you have an issue you need to talk to me the parent, not my kid. Mind you, my kids are well behaved and they know not to break and destroy things so you telling them from 8 feet away to not touch things, is not done lovingly or kindly. If you so called really cared, you the manager and workers would have walked up to them and said it kindly and in a loving way in a personal manner. Then the manager and workers proceeded to pass judgment, when I said they needed to talk to me, and they said that there was no parents around. Actually, my husband and I were nearby so instead of checking for us they just decided to rebuke my kids. Then they made excuses and made it seem like I misinterpreted what happened. It’s not what is intended it is what is conveyed. Apparently hobby lobby will parent you kids even though you the parent are there. This hobby lobby’s customer service is so terrible, go to the one in Fairfax. Instead of admitting their wrong they proceeded to argue with me.

This is a super store!! They have everything! If you don't know what you came to get, then inspiration meets as you gaze the different aisles. A big picture shall come to mind and bright ideas shall fill you heart and mind! I had sooooo much fun browsing the aisles. I plan to go back there soon and take some people with me!! Thanks ?
