DON'T EVER SHOP IN THIS STORE!!! THE CASHIER (YOUNG WOMEN WITH LONG HAIR NO NAME TAG) IS SO RUDE, SHE THROW MY DRESS AND TURTLE NECK ON THE TABLE NOT EVEN FOLDING IT. NOT EVEN SAID THANK YOU, I MEAN IM BUYING NOT STEALING FROM THEM. SO UNBELIEVABLY RUDE . . .

They will absolutly scam you here. Watch your receipt. Like reviews before this one, I was overcharged for nonexistant items. I didn't check my receipt until I got home. When I returned to the store I was told I wasn't able to "return" it because I DIDN'T HAVE THE ITEM! Like, what? Do not leave this store without double checking everything. I'd do it in front of them. Honestly, ask for a manager and have them watch as you double check. They will steal from you.

Never had any issues with this location until today I don’t live close was in the area yesterday and decided to stop by.An item that I purchased got rung up for the wrong price. I came back to the store to let The manager know, and was told I could not be compensated for the inconvenience to the customer. To get compensation I had to call corporate why inconvenience the customer and not be compensate the customer for the inconvenience this is absurd I am a frequent shopper at H&M no matter the location.

Never in my life have I been treated so condescendingly at an establishment. As they were ringing up the items, I noticed they were charging a higher price than what was on the tag. I queried them about it and they said they ran out of the correct price tag and I was going to be charged the higher price. I asked them if they would honor the price tag that was clearly on the item and they said they would not. Furthermore, they got snippy with me demanding if I buy the product now or leave! I left... This type of establishment does not deserve to be on this nice street in this beautiful city with these amazing people. Replace it with a store that will actually take care of their customers and honor the prices on the tag!

The girl behind the counter added trousers on our receipt. We didn't even buy trousers. I have no idea how she did that. This is very unprofessional. When we let her know, she didn't even apologize. She just gave us a refund like nothing happened.

Great location, with just short walk to the waterfront. Street parking available so it can be a little tricky for parking but store is clean and employees were nice and attentive!

0/10, store was listed as open until 7pm, yelled at and scolded by a worker for being there at 6:14pm when exiting the dressing room. I don’t really appreciate having someone yell “WE’RE CLOSED” at me while i am just shopping for a sweater after a long work day while complying with the locations listed open hours. spend your money elsewhere lmao.

On the whole I love H&M and their values when it comes lgbtq+ equality. But I had a poor customer experience in the old town king street store. I had over 200$ of merchandise in my hands and found myself in need of a restroom. I found them downstairs and they were locked, not surprisingly. I found a team member and asked if I could get in and was told they are for employees only and I'd need to leave the store and go to Starbucks. Expensive bathroom H&M. Can you afford to give up a lot of 200$ + sales to keep your bathroom employees only? Very disappointed and won't be returning to this store.

Terrible customer service. Store is stated as closing at 7pm through the week and on two occasions I have been turned away before 7pm told that the store closed at 6:45pm by the same worker even when the doors are still unlocked. I do not believe the store closes at 6:45, I believe the worker wants to shut down early. Not good customer service.

There is not enough staff for the store. One person is trying really hard to handle the lines of people in line to pay. Overwhelmed. Took forever. Only 2 changing rooms were available due to a leak. The one staff member was handling the unwanted clothes from the changing room. Huge lines here too. Some people simply dropped things and left. There were 7 item limit rules, but these 2 ladies in the changing room were circumventing by having her friend pick up new clothes for her to try it out. The staff could see this but were not enforcing the rule. I don't blame the front line workers, I blame the management.

I appreciate not having a clerk constantly at my side but not once did anyone ask if I needed help and I was there over an hour. The store is large and roomy but sale items are crammed onto racks that aren't big enough making viewing difficult. I will not bother returning to that store; I'll search out another one instead.
