It's been a year since I was last here, and the rooms were pretty dated then. I arrived last night and was pleasantly surprised to find that they are renovating! Big improvement in the rooms, everything is fresh. This hotel is in a great location, and about a 3 minute walk to Wholefoods, CVS, and Table Talk (a good local breakfast joint). Hotel gym is above "basic" and gets the job done. A bonus is the rooftop patio?

Everything was going great with my stay until I actually went down to the lobby to get breakfast, EVERY HOTEL I've been in, breakfast is free, not here! They have a server for some reason and are almost forced you a menu that has the food you would get yourself now cost money. I looked over to another table with people and even their looks looked like they were bewildered. I'm giving this 1 star solely because of this scamy, swindling company

My stay in this simple hotel was fine, and it was not far from the airport train, but the price I was given in writing when I booked was not what I was charged. On checkout I was advised that they were going to pre-charge my card an extra $50 per night to cover in case I had had any snacks etc from the room, or meals, which I hadn’t. They used this ruse of overcharging my card to ultimately make me pay a different, higher room rate without honoring my original booking. I emailed the hotel at least twice, forwarding my booking and also my receipt for payment but they did not respond. I did not expect this fraudulent overcharge from a major chain like Hilton. It’s a shame. Because of this, I wouldn’t stay again and don’t recommend it.

The room was very big and the window view was beautiful. Booked the room for 2 adults and would have liked enough coffee for us both..went to the lobby and asked for another kcup, didn't have it on hand, finally was brought after 9am when we had already left for the days adventures. Nice location, everything was withing a 2 block radius and area was quiet at night. Bathroom was small compared to the room size and the price. Ate at the hotel and it was awful, they definitely need to upgrade their food. Not worth buying AT ALL. Bartender was super nice and helpful...it was his first day on the job and he was amazing.Rooms: The room was very big and the window view was beautiful. Do not stay here!!!! first when I arrived I was charged an additional $500 for "incidentals" (it was eventually returned). I later was informed that they typically charge $50/d (which I am used to ) for incidentals, I stayed for 4 days which equals $200. Suspicious. This did send up a red flag to me and I put a freeze on the card I was using. I later received on 2 separate nights an alert from my credit card company that someone at the hotel was attempting to charge an additional $90 on my card. When I asked about it I was told it was for taxes but don't worry about it it won't go through. What??? Then on my last night someone with a key attempted to enter my room around 10pm at night. If I wouldn't of had the security latch on I don't know what would have happened. When I called the front desk they said o it was a mistake someone had requested a pillow. Again suspicious why didn't they knock or leave a pillow. Also by time I got to the door they were gone. SCARY!!!!!!!

We booked a king. Check in time they only have queens which is less desirable since it’s me and my fiancé. Even though I booked a kings. We come to the room and it smells like cigarettes. They give us another room and it’s ok. The hostess was unpleasant and it seemed we were a bother to her although this was not our fault at all. Could be wayyy better customer service and hotel did not leave up the expectations and price at all.

Really decent rooms to stay in. The staff made it simple to get checked in, they made sure we always had enough of everything we asked for when we needed it. The bar area was nice as well and the bartender was great with us. The location was nice because you are close to a lot of shops and the metro as well. Valet parking is done here so if you want anything from your car make sure you take it in with you. I highly suggest using Uber or Lyft to get anywhere close.Rooms: The rooms were nice and spacious. The four of us fit comfortably in there.Nearby activities: There is so much to walk or get a ride to. The Metro is also close and that helps make travel easy too.Food & drinks: There are restaurants and bars extremely close by and all have something for everyone to enjoy. The hotel itself also has a great menu for both food and drinks.

What a terrible experience. We were there for a week, my friend called every day to ask for house keeping, they never came. Our fridge didn't work, they never sent anyone to look at it like they said. The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful. Even was able to talk to a supervisor and manager and they said it would be addressed the following day. It never was. Do not recommend.

This Hilton garden inn was very nice! The bar & food areas weren’t open all day. There was a very strong odor of gas once you walk in the hotel & in the main lobby… we tried to tell the staff but they seem to just brush it off…the smell was there throughout the duration of our stay.. they really need to get that gas smell checked out because that is very dangerousRooms: The rooms were spacious and cleanNearby activities: So much to do in the areaWalkability: It is close that you can walk over to the waterfront!
