They charged 2 credit card at same time with same amount and refuse to take back one charge, customer service is below average.Its 4/19/2023 and card was charged on 3/19/2023. Customer service sucks.

Lexus loaner. Had a slightly unpleasant odor that I couldn’t write place. Over all experience was uneventful and fairly efficient.

I've been trying to call them consecutively for days and they never answer regardless the time of day. Horrible business practice.
