I found all my grocery needs fresh with reasonable prices. I also used my $10 out of $40 coupon which they send monthly to all their regular customs as well as the senior discount which they give every Thursday. In total I saved $22.

Thanks for being open on Thanksgiving Day HT! Nice store with a cool shopping cart escalator. We got lost in the parking garage looking for the exits but other than that it was fun.

visited Harris Teeter to buy wine, and despite feeling flattered when asked for my ID, I realized I didn't have it on me. Just to mention, I'm 38 years old. The cashier declined service, directing me to customer service. As I searched for my ID on my phone, she took the bottle to her manager. Perplexed, I questioned why she took it, wondering if common sense should prevail. Despite having my ID on my phone, both she and her manager refused it, citing a store policy requiring a hard copy. This experience left me questioning the necessity of a physical ID for age verification. After all, isn't the purpose to confirm I'm of age to purchase alcohol, and shouldn't common sense come into play?

I was as excited as the rest about a Harris Teeter opening up across the street. It’s been a bit of a let down. The store checks all the boxes without really succeeding at anything. That said the staff are unfailing polite, if a bit overwhelmed in the checkout areas

I'm a fan of the plain rotisserie chicken! Good flavor, texture, not always with the crispy skin I like but always good! The birds with less-crispy skin have moister meat, but I love a dark crispy set of wings. Best thing, for me - they don't add sugar. (I'm allergic to sugar; you wouldn't believe the foods that have sugar added. It's hard to find prepared meats made without sugar.)

First time shopping at Harris Teeter since moving from Florida. Love the cleanliness, courteousness, convenience, and cost. Nice variety as well for a smaller supermarket.

Harris Teeter finally opened today June 23, 2021! My husband and I went to check it out. Of course being brand new everything was in perfect order, fully stocked and all the staff were super friendly. I just hope this continues once the newness wears off. Fingers crossed. They have a pharmacy, and a Starbucks. They also have a little seating area where you can have your coffee / eat. You can also buy lottery tickets here, so that's a plus. We didn't buy any grocery's as we recently made a run, however we did take advantage of their hot food, and bought a bucket of their fried chicken, my husband really liked it, he ranked it #2 Popeyes being #1 of course lol. I personally prefer Safeways FC, however to be fair Safeways fried chicken takes me back to a memory so... Nonetheless I did enjoy the chicken. As we were picking up the friend chicken they were bringing out some BBQ ribs, OMG they smelled so good! So next time we certainly will be trying those! Make sure to go check them out.

This Harris Teeter, on King Street, is a clean, good sized, well stocked grocery store. Being new to the location, I found the employees to be very kind when asked to help locate things. It seems there are plenty of self check out registers and someone near by to help with price corrections if necessary. It has an underground parking garage with ample parking for everyone.

I go to this location very frequently at least once sometimes twice a week! I will say that their parking garage beneath it is TIGHT but there are always plenty of open spots!Main reason I come to this location is because of the meat section. They normally have a wide selection at the counter and occasionally prepackaged (although it depends on what time you go!) I go during the week and always order straight from the counter as they do not also have what I want (beef tenderloin or sirloin steak) prepackaged.I had a really nice experience with an old black woman at the checkout. She was full energy, asked me how I was doing, and truly seemed like she was happy to be working there. She was quick efficient and handled my groceries and flowers with care! I typically do the self check out but the machines are finicky at times and there is not always an employee close by to help! Just a heads up!

I'm not a fan of Harris Teeter. Stopped in this store for a bag of non-cook popcorn. This store had only one bag of popcorn on the shelf. I picked up the bag of popcorn and it spilled onto the floor. This bag had a hole in it. I complained to a customer service rep and asked if they had more popcorn? He laughed. This explains why this store has poor stocking. Please do better Harris Teeter! Now I remember why I'm not a fan of this store.

Incredible selection of organic fruits and vegetables. Cashiers are always helpful and friendly. We love to shop here in the mornings on our way to work.

A wonderful store in terms of service and product quality. If they took apple pay, I would give them five stars and they would be my favorite grocery store.

Harris Teeter should learn the customer service. I wouldn't share my experience since they were not interested. All of them get ZERO STAR from me.
