This is the worst grocery store I have ever been to. The shelves are full of out-of-date food, moldy food, and to top it off the prices are sky high for this bad food. The employees have zero sense of customer service or pride in their work. You're lucky if you can get an employee to be rude to you, because it's the only interaction you'll get with them. Bad food, bad employees, bad prices, and the store is dirty. The store is literally dirty, as in it looks like they don't even mop it. The parking lot is full of marijuana smell and doesn't feel safe at nighttime. This store is proof that Giant is without a doubt one of the worst grocery chains in the US. Clearly the entire board and subordinate staff is worthless and does not know how to run a good business. I would give this a zero-star rating if that was possible. Drive down the road to any other grocery chain, skip this and any Giant you see.

I moved all of my prescriptions (I have more than a dozen prescriptions) from CVS to this pharmacy last year. At first everything was perfect. I would get all my meds all at once at the start of the month. Then the problems started. Delays, non-approvals, etc. They didn't make any sense -- how can they reject a request for a refill? This time they denied my refill because their records showed that they gave me a 90 day supply even though I only got 30 days. What am I supposed to do now?

This Giant has a much different layout than other Giant grocery stores. The parking lot is always busy and has an odd layout, especially when leaving. The staff at the Giant was great.

I had a great time shopping with giant. Not only did I find everything I needed with no problems, the cashier clerks were so nice and moved quickly but neatly bagging my groceries.

This store is notorious for selling rotten food. I avoid their produce because it's always bad. Yesterday I bought chicken from there and I went to make it for dinner tonight and it smelt funny and was spoiled even though the date was for next week and it was the best looking one of the bunch. I will no longer be shopping at this store unless it's a last minute emergency or it's a boxed or frozen item.

There is a rude lazy Johan at the customer service at night time hours. He said he is the boss. He saw me standing there and left. It took a long time for him to return. He did not want to refund my returns with receipt and went back inside the room.

I do not recommend this pharmacy. The pharmacist strung me along for 2 weeks regarding a simple RX. She had to order it and it did come in but she had to enter it into the system. She kept me waiting for over 20 minutes and then stated she did not know how to do it. She had to call for help. The place where she was calling had no one available to help so she told me she would call me back later that day to come pick up. I advised her I was going out of town the next day so I had to have it. SHE NEVER CALLED. When picking up other RX she charged the wrong amount. I had Good RX coupon but since she gave me half the order could not use it. Later when I expressed my displeasure how she handled my situation she proceeded to argue with me. Not good customer service. I should report her.

If you make a last min decision to grab a beer while grabbing baby formula you better hope the cashier can check you out without override or that Peter isn't the manager. Got to the register at 11:57 cashier had scanned my drink and ID all we needed was override from the manager (since she was new) but no where was he to be found she kept trying to find him calling out his name once again no where to be found finally at 12:02 here he comes and what does he do look at me and smile and says he can't sell it because it's 12:02. Maybe policies have changed since I worked for giant a few years ago but when you had a cashier who needed overrides closing you stayed near the front to be sure this situation didn't happen. Cashier was great very nice and Pleasant. Other than that I'm completely dissatisfied with this store not to mention it's my neighborhood store

Not affordable AT ALL?. Prices are TOO expensive!! ?I am convinced they are trynna gouge because of COVID-19 losses?. I DO NOT recommend Giant. Take a drive and GO TO WALMART SUPERSTORE unless U R rich and money is no problemo. ?????
