I wasn't going to write a bad review, but three strikes and you're out.
1. On a recent visit I spent well over $100 worth of groceries and noticed that no discounts or coupons were applied while checking out with cashier. The cashier told me to go to the front customer service. I didn't mind waiting in line because it was $20 worth of savings, come to find out that the person/manager working customer service was not willing to help me unless I rescanned all of my groceries.
2. I called corporate customer service about the problem, and was instructed that I had to wait 24hrs for processing and to call back again to make it right. I haven't been able to get in touch with corporate since. No big deal. I've moved on.
3. Until this week I just bought $10 worth of mahi mahi. The same day I bought the fish, it was spoiled rotten upon opening (multiple days before the sell-by date). This isn't the first time I've received bad produce from this location.
Something is going on with store management or quality assurance. I will be heading to the new Amazon Fresh store or Harris Teeter going forward.
Losing $30+bad customer service is not worth the convenient location.

The store is always clean. Very friendly and helpful employees. I always go for the fresh produce and meat.

My first time in this particular Giant and I have to say that the layout is lovely. Walking straight in and having the produce right in front of you is a 'fresh' approach and motivates the customers to consume happily and healthy. The healthy stars is highlighted well and the walk around the perimeter doesn't take long and the aisles are nicely neat and well labeled to help guide your trip. It only took one trip around the store to get a strong feeling for where everything is and the cashier and clerks were very friendly and helpful. I went thru Lucindas line and she was able to repack my Earthwise bag so I could fit some other of my belongings there too. It made my day. Thank you, Giant, and more over, Lucinda, for taking the upmost care and diligence with not just me, but everyone before and after me in line.

I’m frustrated that they blocked off the most convenient entrances on Richmond Highway plus they don’t often have fresh apples. Other than that it’s not bad though.

First time at this store, so maybe it is me....I had to use the exit doors to get in because the entrance was closed. For a moment, I wonder if they were closed.....

If are you NOT white trust and believe you will be racially profiled. All of sudden the self check out of a black man & I was not working properly when the rest of check out who whom happen to be white did not have a problem. Manger was called and I headed to the customer service area for the store manger to continue to scan my items. I never once had a problem with the self check since this store open. I totally understand machine don’t work at times.Why wasn’t I just send to a cashier? Or to another self check out machine that works? But NO I was sent to go see the store manager, because I was racially profiled. Manger continues to state they have problems with the self check machine and are waiting for new ones. Then continue to say I have a lot of items( 30 items) & of course I have money to buy groceries for my family. I work VERY HARD for my MONEY. Two jobs & nobody hands me anything in life. already disgusting & disrespectful that I was treated inappropriately because I had “ a lot of items & not a white women.
Also the disrespect to suggest I don’t have money because to you it was “a lot of item”

If you're going to mark the west doors with In and Out, you should try to make sure they occasionally function as such. It's very frustrating for shopper walking from nearby neighborhoods.
