I cam here this morning on my day off tondo some last-minute shopping for some things I needed for the week. This isn't the usual location that I go to, but it was on my route to work so that stop was easy. The first thing that I noticed were the perfect looking red apples so I got six of those. I also threw in 6 - 7 bananas that were situated nearby. As I made my way over to the deli section I noticed 3 - 4 people who were working behind the counter. I asked for a half pound of the Greek pasta salad, a half pound of potatoes salad, and a half pound of the seasoned turkey that looked too delicious to pass up. I also needed a half gallon of low-fat organic milk, and raisin bran cereal. Then I saw Amy's margherita pizza out of the corner of my eye and I couldn't pass it up. The store was clean and orderly, and at this time of day there weren't that many customers. The self checkout was also fast and easy

Live walking distance, so stopped by for some quick essentials for Sunday dinner. Picked up these rolls in a hurry, which were 12 days past their due date (didn't notice till dinner time) and two of the rolls had mold on them. Won't shop there ever again, even though I can walk there in 5 minutes.

Went in here on New Year's Day and they tried to charge me for their cheap plastic bags .10 cents!! No way. One bag is not strong enough to hold any groceries without ripping so you have to double bag. I'm sorry but I'm just not going to pay you for such cheap bags when I already have to check myself out.

This Giant is my 2nd favorite in this area. I love the layout, fully stocked clean and friendly staff. Wish they had dungeoness crabs in the seafood department otherwise pretty decent. Nice big selection of fresh fruit and veggies.

I'm sorry to write this review because majority of the people that work at this pharmacy are wonderful but there is this one lady who is beyond rude and disrespectful for absolutely no reason. I will be switching pharmacies because of this one person. I'm sure management knows who she is so please think of your customers and address the issue.

This Giant is the most convenient grocery store near me. Its always clean. Its usually cold in this store. I haven't bought deli meats in a long time. I walked up to the counter and there were two ladies working. Neither one acknowledged me, one even finished an order walked past me not speaking and went in the back for a good amount of time. She then put more meat back in the slicer to do another order. At this point I asked her if there was a certain procedure because the ticket machine wasn't working. She then told me she was finishing a customer before me. When she was done she took my order and asked was I going to shop, I told her yes, I'd run across the store and be right back. I came back and she was nowhere to be found. Now a gentleman was behind the counter working, I asked him did the other lady leave my order? He said no. The customer he was waiting on, took pity on me and told me there was a place at the end of the counter where You could pick up your orders. I thanked her for being so kind. Would it have hurt anyone behind the counter to be nice? I think Giant should have clear signage so that non regulars to the deli counter clearly know what to do. Either that or teach your employees good customer service. I would also like to say I know covid has affected everyone especially businesses. I understand the employee shortage, long hours and overworking. I believe that in most stores the prices have gone way up and the amount you receive is way less. Certainly the case here.

You can never count on this pharmacy to ever have anything filled on time. Half the time they forget to fill what you just ordered a refill for on the app, causing you to have to call them directly as a 'nudge'.Probably related to how constantly understaffed it is. You can expect someone diligently working in the back (hopefully) and nobody up front and nobody noticing that you've been waiting for 5 minutes just standing at the counter.

My husband got out of surgery recovery room. at 7:00 pm. The Pharmacist took my call ahead of time so that I wouldn’t arrive to a pharmacy that did not have the prescriptions I needed. She checked that they were in stock. And let me know the pharmacy closed at 9:00 pm. I arrived by 8:00 pm to find that GW had a resident who was not authorized to prescribe a controlled substance. The pharmacist went above and beyond to call the hospital and get a doctor to authorize the medication. She also helped navigate my insurance. She went above and beyond and was kind. I appreciate her. I will definitely be back.

Hello all. I originally had posted a review and pulled it thinking that I would give the store or the corporate office a chance to listen to my complaint. I have tried both phones phone numbers at the corporate and at the store and get no answer. Yesterday I had a Peapod order delivered to my home. The store is 2.2 mi from my home so I did not think delivery would be an issue as it is so close. I do have some handicap issues and do not shop if I can help it. Yesterday my order came with almost everything warm. My eggs or warm my meat was warm my potatoes warm my Donuts melted so bad they are literally in one big Clump. I have never seen anything like that. How could that happen in just two point two miles away from my home. I have been having home deliveries now for about 2 years. This is the first time I have ever used the giant Peapod. My chipped beef I had ordered eight packs to the tune of $30.32. I ordered a half a pound of salami from the deli. I ordered a package of already made potatoes. I ordered four packages of various vegetables frozen vegetables. Everything was warm. I cannot eat any of it. I have lost almost $50 in food. I cannot believe that this happened so bad. The thought of getting salmonella or getting sick and having to go and expose myself out there to a hospital is not the best thought. The reason I'm staying in and have my food delivered is because of the covid. This is inexcusable from Giant. I am 61 years old, and had my first giant check cashing card at the age of 14 when my parents had split up and I had to do the shopping for my family. So at the ripe old age of 14 years old I was writing checks and doing shopping. My sister is an avid giant person and will shop like nowhere else. I am so incredibly disappointed and will never use the service or shop at Giant again. Losing $50 on a retiree income is a lot of money. Delivering me warm food that could possibly make me extremely ill is not acceptable. When I opened the package of the chipped beef you could see green tinge on one of them and the smell was pretty awful. They have been exposed to the heat too long. Even though they had a date of expiration of October 22nd they were still in the heat too long causing them to go bad. However they did do good when I instructed them to pick the latest date of expiration for my bread. That was good and my milk that had a good expiration date, however the milk carton was warm. Incredible.

This review is for the deli... I order 20 sandwich wrap and roll up trays to feed ~300 people at a huge party and they were exceptionally put together, ready on time per our order form, well-priced, and delicious! I am so grateful I found this option and couldn't be happier with what the Giant team provided to us! Thanks!
