If you have a beater and in an accident and you want to pay more money for a subpar job, use this guy. If you have a car you like and want it to look good, run away. I needed a spoler repainted and stripes replaced on my car. When I spoke with him, we talked about cars and I thought he was a car guy and would take care of my car. When I got the car back, there was dirt underneath the clearcoat and the stripes were crooked. His reponse was I shouldn't have taken it to an auto body shop. I said, he should have told me that before accepting the job. Now I am going to have to have the job redone. Completely unstatisfied.

I regret bringing my SUV here, It was a mistake dealing with the owner. The painter was not professional he took parts that he did not know how to put back in he used drywall screws to mount my brand new bumper kept my SUV for three weeks more longer then what I was expecting he wanted more money in the vehicle was not even done I went by and pick up my vehicle parts were missing paint was horrible I still have the pix.

Didn't have any paint repairs done, so I can't review that. However, I did stop by quite a few months ago to get a quote on a small repair. My bumper was hanging off and there was a kind gentleman that stopped what he was working on and helped to affix it back. Then he gave me a very reasonable quote to finish the repairs/paint. I ended up selling the car, but I kept their card because he was so nice and patient and the price was so reasonable that should I ever need it, I'd definitely be back. Thank you!

General Auto Body is a mid line shop. They are not the $99.99 Earl Sheib of old. Similarly, I would not bring my $50,000 Lexus here for repair. They are tough to get a hold of on the phone, but I think the intentions are good here. General Auto Body is a good mid line collision repair shop. Danny tries to make your experience a little less painful. Just don't go into this shop with high end expectations and you will leave satisfied.

Hi! I went to this body shop to get my rear bumper repainted, the job was prolly done, the car was a mess when i picked it up and they drove my car for 245 miles while the it was in their custody! Ended up calling consumer protection and continued with the legal procedures.

Honestly do NOT bring your car here. it took them more than two weeks to fix my car and it was not badly damaged at all and when i did get my car back, it was not fixed correctly also they do not open on saturdays which is a downside since most people are busy on the weekdays additionally they NEVER answer the phone. your better off taking your car somewhere else.

I had a close encounter with a concrete pole in my parking garage (scraping up both front and rear door), and shopped around a little before I had it repaired. Compared to the 3 other estimates I got general auto body fixed it at 1/2 the price and 1/4 of the time. And my car looks good as new!

Be careful. I've found that companies that bounce checks to their suppliers generally are not trustworthy. Especially when they refuse to answer their phone.
