Ben gave us absolutely amazing customer service we came in looking for a game that I did not know the actual name of it and my kid was able to explain to him the name, and what she wanted and with that he was able to find it for her and gave her other options as to what she can use for the game and let’s just say my 7 yr old left absolutely ecstatic

Best Gamestop I've been to yet. They had everything I was looking for and I even scored some great deals on a clearance sale that the clerk told me about! I'll be back for sure..

Rude staff. Awful selection for games and collectibles. Won't be coming again, the person that looks like the manager is actually pretty rude. I asked a question about a release of a game and answered sarcastically and no intention to clarify or help.

There is one guy in here CANT remember his name but he can be rude at times. I have only been in there twice and never go back. He acts like a know it all and just is so rude and judges which game you get.

The two mega nerds working the tears of the kingdom midnight release didn’t seem to have half a brain cell between the two of them. Waited at the front of the line 3 hours to buy the collectors edition, they handed out tickets that guaranteed a copy, but then right when it hit midnight and I was about to buy it he said they were reserved for people who pre-ordered to upgrade. Never was this mentioned in any of the 3 hours we were waiting inside nor when I called the store the day before to ask how many copies they were going to have for sale. Literally had to ask other people in line if they pre-ordered and would upgrade and I would just buy their preorder and swap. These dudes work at GameStop and can’t even do their jobs, I can’t wait to see what happens when the final GameStop closes and they have to get jobs they can’t sit around all day playing video games and getting fat at.

Girl at the register didn't tell me I was being charged an annual fee to join their membership. I thought I was just giving my phone number/email for it. I was buying a console so I didn't pay attention to the extra $15 until I got an email about it being a subscription. I went back in to the store maybe 5 mins after to ask for a refund because I didn't want this membership if I have to pay and they said no. Didn't offer any solution just shrugged at me. Now on hold with customer service for 30 min trying to cancel and get my money back.

On 12/10/22 we did a little shopping and we eventually ended up at Gamestop. For a long time I haven't played an Assassin Creed Game, the last one I finished was Assassin's Creed Syndicate. PLaying as a female assassin gives the game a who knew perspective with the female attitude. So it was my suprise and delight when I came across Assassin's Creed Odyssey. I happened to get a hold of the Blind King DLC (Downloadable Content) added to the game. It seems there is also two other added games I have yet to download too. Finding this at the store was something I could not pass up. Using my Gamestop card and added discounts made this game a steal. The associate who helped me buy the game had a great personality. This game is based on Assassin Creed during the time of The Greek Gods other historical aspects of the time era. I don't know what to expect, but maybe I will come across some mythical monsters like Scylla and Charybdis as well as others. Exciting things, but I love getting great games that I can play again and again. This game might take a long time to finish, but there is always Assassin's Creed Valhalla afterwards. I am glad I stopped here today. Who knows what we might find next time we stop by.

It looked like a great game stop but they had barely anything on sale and their pre owned controllers were almost as much as their new ones I do not recommend
