I wanted to order a birthday bouquet for my girlfriend who lives in Alexandria VA. Found this place with raving reviews.Thought it odd that I was able to process the order but no way of paying for the order online. I this email below:"Thank you for placing an on-line order with Free Spirit Floral!We are pleased to be of service to you!We will call you to confirm the order and to obtain payment information as well as any other pertinent information to ensure a lovely floral gift is designed especially for your friend or family member.Customarily, such calls are placed between 8 AM-3 PM Eastern time.Thank you and we look forward to being of service."Thought great I'll wait for their call. NO CALL whatsoever!!! Wow! Why don't you take down worthless website so ppl don't think they're actually placing an order!!PS Gave my business to Shoots and Blooms of DC!!

I use this florist for my sister's birthday every year and they never disappoint. Their bouquets are beautiful, interesting, and they always ask for preferences or details to make the bouquets special for the recipients. I order from out of state and never have a problem.

I placed an order online about delivery and inquired if champagne could be delivered as part of it. Mary Beth called for my floral idea (I asked for bold colors with no lilies), and she suggested the champagne pictured. The flowers are gorgeous, and I'm so appreciative of her including the champagne! I live in another state, and it really made the delivery feel like a more personal touch/ more of a celebration.

Its not easy trying to find a good florist when you don't live in the area and I wasn't impressed with the other online/800 services available. I am so happy to have discovered this place as it's close to my mom and they did a beautiful job with not only the quality and selection of flowers and vase but the care they took in writing the card, delivery and instructions they provided for caring for the flowers. My mom was so happy and the flowers are still beautiful after over a week. Thank you!

Free Spirit Floral prepared a beautiful bouquet of flowers in a low glass vase that I had delivered to my wife of 43 years as she was out of town. Mary Beth responded immediately to my call, spoke to me about what I wanted in the bouquet, and then assembled and delivered a beautiful creation! My wife was very pleased!! Thank you, Mary Beth!

I live in NC and wanted to send flowers to my daughter in law who lives in Northern Virginia to celebrate a work accomplishment. Not knowing the florists in the area, I read several reviews and looked at pictures before deciding to go with Free Spirit Floral. I am thrilled with the beautiful arrangement they created for her. I received a personal call from the florist after placing the order so I did not have to put my credit info online. Additionally she asked about favorites. I shared my daughter in law's favorite flower expecting to see maybe one or two in the arrangement. The arrangement is STUNNING! It includes many of her favorites and looks absolutely gorgeous. It was delivered on time and with care at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Free Spirit! I only wish they delivered to NC

We live out of town but we were looking for a way to cheer up a stressed out bride and groom through the final weeks of their wedding planning! We chose a celebratory $69 bouquet and I cannot thank them enough for their beautiful work, amazing customer service and easy ordering process. We put in our suggested order but then the store owner Mary Beth called us and asked for more details before placing the order. We had some ideas on flower type but then shared the type of mood we were trying to create, and they surely delivered our vision! How cool that we can order online but still get such a great, personalized experience. Thank you, Mary Beth and Free Spirit Floral!
