Will never come here again if I can help it. The evening cashier was extremely rude and when I asked to buy some gum he yelled at me that I was stealing and motioned that he was going to call the cops. Made absolutely no sense and not even going to try to make sense of it. Fire that young cashier.

The evening cashier is bad for business! I’ve been coming there for years for repairs and purchases but have almost completely stopped supporting this location because of the evening cashier. He’s rude, and wants to argue when he gets things wrong! FOH!

Walked in to get a fill-up, The owner was at the front and as soon as I walked in he said “Welcome back!”. After explaining that it actually was my first time coming to this gas station he proceeds to say well we are happy to have you come to us and gave me 5$ extra gas on the pump. Just wanted to highlight their hospitality and definitely going to be a repeat customer.

Good experience with completing state inspections. Service was quick and the station offered a coupon for the inspections.

Very rude, slow amd grumpy inspector.Failed inspection for exhaust leak, no back pressure. Told inspector that leak is a hole right before end of the tail pipe. This is well past the muffler and shouldn't be a big deal. The inspector wasn't hearing any of it and says he cannot sea because he cannot put my truck on the lift. You don't need to put it on the lift see tail pipe of F350.

No problem with them running a for-profit establishment; however, their drive to enhance profits seems to have replaced a solid emphasis on the customer. In my case, a quick explanation of what they discovered wrong with my car would've been appreciated, as it rendered additional service unnecessary and unwanted. That explanation along with a yes/no question of whether I still desired the requested additional service never happened, which of course allowed them to legitimately maximize the bill. There was a time when service stations treated customers as more than a meal ticket to be casually exploited at any and every opportunity. Unless my recent experience occured during one of their off days, Franconia Gulf has likely decided this era no longer fits with their business model.

$90 for a oil change at this establishment. I was quoted $44.00 over the phone, took it in and they said it needed synthetic so the total would be $70. When they finished the total came to $90.00, and the cashier was totally rude when I was surprised and asked to review the receipt. While I was in the parking lot putting in a address in my GPS, Wayne, the mechanic came to my car, opened the door with out a mask and without asking, and said "oh sorry was just checking to see if someone was in here" and spat on me as he said it. All in all it was a very unpleasant experience.Service: Oil change

I was told that my car was going to be done within 45 minutes. Almost 2 hours pass by and no call back. I had to get a ride to check if my car was ready because this place doesn’t answer their phone calls. I call their phone number from google.Once I got my car back, the front desk person was very rude. He told me to take my signed receipt and then told me, “wait what are you doing? I been doing this longer than you”. I was not going to review, but the last rude comment didn’t sit well with me

This used to be my go to auto repair shop for years, but now it seems to be run by a bunch of mechanics set out to rob you blind. I had them tell me parts were installed backwards when the parts can only possibly be installed one way, I have had them tell me perfectly good parts were worn out, I don't trust this shop anymore. The gas is cheap though.

Great locally-owned and operated old school service station. I'm glad this place is right by where we live. Reasonable prices and straight forward communication.

Always has the cheapest gas prices around, sometimes even getting lower than speedway, and in a convenient location pretty close to the beltway. Not too many pumps but it’s enough and they maximize the smaller floor space pretty good. The store on the inside is clean. Can’t speak about the service department but I wouldn’t see why I won’t go there in the future.

Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT take your vehicle to Franconia Gulf for any kind of service. Mechanic Wayne completely ruined by car's engine then failed to take responsibility. Owner Francesco is unfortunately worse than his staff, failing to take any accountability for the mess and gaslighting to try to convince me it was somehow my fault. I've spent over $6K now in repairs and still have a ways to go to get my car fully operational again.Do NOT visit Franconia Gulf.

I went here to get my oil changed. I completed a sheet filled with my information. On my sheet for my oil change I selected regular rather than synthetic. Wayne proceeded to use synthetic oil without my consent and when I brought this to his attention he stated that my car only takes synthetic oil. He then went on a tangent even though I told him I understood. To be honest I just said that so he could stop talking because he was so annoying. I've gone to other gas stations that have given me regular oil. Wayne lacks professionalism. He's really mouthy and doesn't let anyone else get a single word in. His attitude is horrible and he shouldn't proceed without providing the knowledge to his consumers. Spare yourself the time and the money. I would encourage others not to go here because the service was terrible.

I went in to get two new tires before the bad weather came. I called in the morning to inform them about me coming in to get tires and they said they would order them and have them ready for me when i got off work i went straight to the shop . When i arrived I guess they forgot so they ordered the tires ran picked them up and they made sure I was getting it done today was only there an hour . The only reason I go there for my car to be serviced is because of WAYNE He is Amazing !!! :-)
