I got 4 tires installed Monday Feb. 26, I got a higher estimate from the lady in front desk, well, luckily, I searched the net, and the price was over $200 less, when I received the car, I noticed that my alloy rims were badly scratched, on all four wheels, I called the next day early morning, to report this issue, the same lady told me the mechanic is not here, will let you know when he arrive, for some reason I felt she is lying, I drove to the shop, I asked an employee, and he confirmed the Mechanic is in, of course the front desk lady . taken by surprise, she called the Mechanic to inspect the car, well. he insisted that these scratches are curb scratches, I got fed up with that back-and-forth argument, so I left, but I will pursue this issue till I get it resolved.

Appointments do not matter and had to wait over two hours to even see them begin working on my car. I had arrived early too. Staff was polite and friendly so that stopped this review from being worse

I've had my tires and battery changed here within the last week and the service was great! Special mention to Ramon who is very kind and patient. He also was gentle with his recommendations for my vehicle maintenance needs. I will certainly return. This place works quick and does a good job with a great attitude!

I arrived at the shop before my appointment time as a loyal customer who has been visiting this store for many years. However, I had to wait much longer than usual to get the same car service done. The waiting time increased from 2 hours in the past to 3 hours this time. I noticed a sign that read “Under new Management”. I wonder if the shop could improve their time management when scheduling appointments?

Technicians on this site were excellent, I arrived on time and was taken care of according to the appointment time. I will not go back to the Waldorf store as they are never on time and the Friday before I waited 1 1/2 hours for my appointment and had to leave without the service. The previous times I used them they were late as well. Terrible customer service.

Dropped truck off at around 9 am. I know they are slow with everything but didn't mind because didn't need the truck for the day. I just needed it before 330pm. The rep READ me back my phone number told me he would call me when it's ready. 2:30pm came around I called to check on the truck, the gentleman got on the phone said he was trying to reach me and called 10 numbers (none of which were mine) because the truck needed 3 tires. The one I came in for, another had a screw in it and one was balding. Now I won't be getting my truck back today. To make matters worse the number for our company is on THE SIDE OF THE TRUCK IN BIG BOLD NUMBERS. ??♂️. Save yourself the time and trouble and go to NTB that's 1 min away or pepboys.

I’ve taken my car here for years for tire help, replacement, flats, etc. Can be a bit slow but generally am happy. This last visit, they recommended $3k repairs to my suspension…based on the fact that my car is low…uhmmmm….it’s a sports car and comes from the factory that way. I’m not some dumb chick who doesn’t know her car. Don’t recommend unneeded repairs like you know what you’re talking about!

Cassie greeted me upon arrival and was very helpful in getting me 4 replacement tires + an alignment.I usually wait in store, most of the time it doesn’t take too long. This time though it was about 4hrs. The store is a bit “dated” and seating is limited. This is your basic garage, cars are fixed here and No frills. They get very busy at times, but always do a great job, I have NEVER had a problem or felt like I was overcharged.The staff is always very nice and professional.I have brought my cars to them for years and will continue to as long as the keep treating me right.

Overpriced parts, overpriced labor. Look elsewhere.I came in for a radiator replacement and got quoted $2,200. The parts were $1,000, the labor was $1,200. All the parts were charged double for what they were actually worth. They charge incredibly high rates for labor, for every individual part.In the end, once I took my vehicle home, I noticed that many screws that hold the cover for the radiator are missing. I imagine they were lost in the process of the swap. Tells me how disorganized the mechanics are when conducting their work.I can’t emphasize enough, you’re better off anywhere else.

Very very bad experience. My car was diagnosed with bad shock. And manager mentioned that they don't have spring press tool. Funny thing is my car benz has air shock absorbers. Don't waste your time, seems like management is total scam.I was a loyal customer but may have to look into another car repair shops.

I made an appointment for 10:0 AM alignment . Arrived 20 minutes early. They didn’t start working on my car until 11:50 AM. I was sitting there all the time and they didn’t tell me that they even haven’t started working on it until I asked at 11:45 AM and the technician came to answer my question which was weird (half hour before the front desk came and said my car will be done in 20 minutes. When over 20 minutes done, I asked and I then knew they didn’t even start working on it). The technician said there are only two technicians there that is why he didn’t start working on it. People came after me and left before me in the span of over 3 hours (They brought the keys at 1PM). Why allow your website to show availability when you are short of technicians or did you decide to take a lot of walk ins on my expense. Bad service.Service: Wheel alignment

Do better with your customers! I called and asked about getting a tire patched. Was told to come on in, but it would be an hour. I arrive 10 minutes later. First, the guy at the desk wasn't very friendly and seemed like he just wanted to push off new work. Then he told me yeah, the person you spoke to was wrong, it will be at least 2 hours wait. Come on. Do better. If you are fielding calls for the business and you don't know ask the techs that are working. I drove 4 miles out of my way for nothing.Do better Firestone!

I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I asked how long it would be and was told 90 minutes. I had to wait because we only have one car. I saw people who came after me, including one who was an hour late for her appointment, come and go. I kept checking to see if my car had been taken into the garage and it was not. After 2/12 hours, I talked with the manager. He checked around a lot and finally found the ticket. He told me that it would be “just a few minutes. “ it was another 40 minutes.A simple oil change and tire rotation with an appointment should not require two hours and forty minutes of my time. They should not make appointments for service if they cannot provide GOOD customer service. The only reason I went there is because we bought for tires from them and we get free tire rotation.
