Service is really good from pet handlers. My pet handlers have each told me they are not paid well and for the money I and others pay to use this service, more money should go to the hands of the workers instead of upper management who are not involved in the ground and don’t even live in the state. Have pulled out of services and will recommend others who use this service to do the same.

New ownership has made all the difference in the world! Communication has been excellent, Fetch was able to ensure that all of the days of service I needed were covered, and our pet sitter, Emile, is fantastic. Both Emile and Jay reached out to let me know the power was out after a storm. I really appreciated that. Can't say enough good things about Fetch! A+++

We've had three walkers through the years with Fetch and they have all been excellent. We have trusted these people with the daily aspects of looking after our dog when we are at work or on travel, but the additional source of care and affection in his life these people have provided is unmatched by any other service. We are incredibly grateful for Fetch!

Highly Recommend! I have been using Fetch! for nearly eight years, and I have always been happy with their service. It is very convenient to schedule services, and the team is very responsive. Tracey, our regular sitter, does an excellent job taking care of the cat, and I always know she is well taken care of. I get updates and pictures every day. I appreciate all how easy and seamless Fetch! makes pet setting, and I definitely recommend!

The coordinator never sent out my care request. Now I am scrambling to try to find other options during this holiday rush.Even after being matched with a sitter, the services provided were basic and pales in comparison to other sitters in the area.

Fetch! has always been a fantastic pet walking service for our high-energy pup! Tucker loves all of the walkers who come to hang out with him. We've used Fetch! for years for mid-day walks while we're at the office. Scheduling is easy and everyone is so helpful.

Just canceled on us today. Within 24 hours after we departed for a trip and they were scheduled to care for our cat. Unprofessional and dangerous . Leaving us to arrange for last minute services when we are already across the nation. If you want reliable service , I would look elsewhere.

Took all my info and set up account, but could not provide walker, leaving me scrambling to find someone.

I used Fetch a few times and they did a decent job caring for my cat when I have traveled. Yet they cancelled several visits by saying they did not have a resource then not following up with another person. I don't know what the issues are but their failure was pretty severe.

Great service. Easy to get in touch with and my cats and plants were just fine when we returned home.

This review is my experience with Fetch even before having them sign up. I spoke to Hailey, the customer care coordinator on Wednesday of the past week. We spoke for 30 minutes on matching a walker for me. She arranged for a meet and greet on Monday, I had not heard from her by Sunday, but I just assumed if I did not hear anything she would have let me know. I sent her an email on Sunday morning. I did not get a response until 9 pm that unfortunately they don't have anybody but if they find someone in the future, they would contact me. I entirely understand with them not be able to find a walker, but perhaps they could've contacted me earlier than Sunday evening for Monday. At the very least they were extremely unprofessional for a business that's number 1 on Yelp. Fortunately I had not canceled my current walker, otherwise on Tuesday I would have had no one to walk my dog. Fetch has a nice website, but perhaps they need to work on better communication.

I had an amazing experience with Fetch! They took amazing care of my cat Tucker. I was gone for about two and a half weeks, and came home to a very happy and calm cat, a clean litter box, and a clean apartment. The sitters were responsive, punctual, and kept up with the routine I laid out for them. They also wrote detailed visit descriptions and took lots of photos that really eased my mind, as I could tell that Tucker was being taken care of properly. Also, when I ran out of litter while I was gone, a sitter was able to pick some up for me, which I really appreciated.I would highly recommend this pet sitting service, and especially Abby and Theresa, who were the two sitters looking after Tucker!

I hired Fetch pet care to take care of my cat, while I was away for 3 days. The intake process was very nice and pleasant. They found a sitter very quickly, meet and greet with her was nice. First 2 days seemed to ho well for my cat and the sitter. On the third day I received the voicemail from a sitter stating that my cat scared her and attacked her, so she couldn't take care of him that day. I was surprised to say the least. My cat had many sitters before and this never happened. That was the first "red flag". When I got home that day, I found my house looking like a war zone! Dirty couch with cat food on it, trash can upside down, broken shelf in the cabinet (see pics below) How could my cat do all that? That was "red flag" number 2! So I decided to call Fetch to figure out what happened. The lady who picked up the phone had no clue what I was talking about (I thought these incidents are recorded), she said that the owner Christian would talk to the sitter and call me back at the end of the day. And they will not charge me before we figure out what happened. I wanted to know what caused my cat react a certain way so these incidents will not happen again, if the fact that he attacked her was the truth. After I hang up, I received an email from Fetch with the charge for services and never heard from them again. Definitely not the way to "establish long-term relationship with the clients" as it states on their website! Do not use their services!!!

Our first experience with fetch was for a cat visit while we were on vacation. We were underwhelmed. The sitter missed our appointment for a meet and greet and was very late for the follow up appointment. Very little information and photos shared for the visit. But we figured, our cat's just a cat, so she'll be fine. We booked fetch for thanksgiving weekend. On Friday morning I received a text from the substitue sitter asking how she gets the key (service was supposed to be for that morning). Apparently fetch had given our key to our primary sitter, who left town and did not coordinate with the substitute. We were completely unaware of the location of our key. It took half a day to get in contact with someone from fetch who said there is nothing they can do. Ultimately, this company's responsibility is to manage your house key. They even offer emergency access. They do not hire staff who can manage the responsibility of holding access to your home and your pets welfare. Our kitty was not fed for two days and we had to cut our trip short. She was fine, cats are survivors! Avoid this mismanaged company.
