I made a pickup and it was a zero hassle process. There isn't much parking in this area no matter the time of day, so you can in the garage for free up to a certain time. The customer service rep here is super nice and helpful. Thanks!

There is one employee, Deora, who is rude each time that I've encountered her in this location. She is snarly and always frowning, making it clear she would rather be elsewhere. The manager and additional employees are always kind and helpful.

2.8 stars for this location is overrated. Rude and unprofessional staff. A person in training is with zero understanding about customer service as well as shipping business In general. I came in with a prepaid label, and needed boxes for my shipping. This person in training tried to sell me boxes instead of offed a free ones that are available at any FedEx location. She was rude and argued with me about this issue until her supervisor took over and pointed out where their free boxes are located. At the end she took my shipment and didn’t even place a label on the box in front of me. I had to ask her to do that. Non of the the staff member has a sense of apology or excuse for all this situation The customer service is the last that you can get at this location. The worst experience I ever had at any other FedEx office.

This place is the best FedEx! I’ve been coming here for almost 3 years and the customer service is great. That team in there really knows their stuff, and whenever I do have an issue, the employees are quick to assist. Definitely 5 stars for me!!!

They do exactly what you need them to do. Friendly? No. Customer service? No. But they will print and ship, which most of the time is all that matters.

I am writing to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with the level of service provided by FedEx's delivery personnel. Despite my repeated requests for packages to be delivered only to the front porch of my house, I have consistently experienced issues with delivery.I have communicated my request through notes on my account and with each package, yet packages have been left in various locations on my property, leaving them vulnerable to damage from the elements and potential theft. In one instance, a delivery person even threw a package over my fence and into my firepit, causing significant damage.As a loyal customer of FedEx, I expect a higher level of service from your company. I find it frustrating and exhausting to deal with this ongoing issue, and I have not had any luck resolving it through the correct channels with your company.I implore you to take action to ensure that my packages are delivered correct and with a modicum of care, as requested. I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope to see improvements in the future.Thank you for your time and consideration.Sincerely,Shane

After a terrible experience at FedEx in Ft. Washington I drove to this location. No wait and was properly greeted by the nice girl at the counter. I asked if she had a small piece of tape to additionally seal my package. She then took it, scanned it, and proceeded to seal it properly. Before I even asked she printed a receipt. The other location wouldn't do that. This place was great and I highly recommend it.
