Bad customer service, I came in around 1:30Pm. One of the girl Neja was chewing and asking what do I need. Tell me to go do this go do that. I dont know if Im the customer or their runner. Charli and Neja I believe that were their name. I wont be back to this location.

Listen, I need the upper management at this location to elevate and honor Adrienne. She was phenomenal. I came in to send off a business return and she made me feel like a valued customer, and family her 1st time ever meeting and engaging with me. Bright smile, warm personality, and she was informative. Amazing job Adrienne. She helped make my day brighter! Thank you! FedEx, elevate her!

Great experience at this location this morning. Both staff persons very helpful. Needed help with all the stuff I was doing. Yes, I was pretty helpless! Staff (lady at the counter and gentleman with a beard) were patient, courteous, and knowledgeable. Kudos!

Print service was painless, fast, and easy when three other competitors gave me an extremely annoying runaround. The people working were awesome and very helpful.

I had a great experience with this FedEx print team. There was a small discrepancy on my print order that the team expeditiously resolved. Provided a comprehensive solution to my issue which allowed the collateral for my business to be successfully printed that day. Due to the excellent customer service and technical knowledge provided we will continue to be customers with this FedEx

I've had poor experiences at this FedEx before but none as bad as today. I came in to overnight some packages part of a clinical study. The employee behind the desk did not acknowledge me. I waited assuming she was busy and would get to me in a minute. I finally said "hi, excuse me...". Due to some information from the study, I was under the impression we could overnight these on a Sunday (this FedEx was open on a Sunday). The employee (a woman with a name starting with A) told me there was no pickup that evening. I asked for help finding a place that had a Sunday pickup, or a way to speed pickup the next day. She just stopped talking to me. I told her the nature of the packages, that they were really important, and could she offer any help. Nothing. I was not expecting her to manifest a truck out of nowhere; I was expecting some basic manners and customer service. I've always avoided coming here and will continue to do so as much as possible.

They deserve zero stars. Very rude ladies working at this location. I’m not sure what the staff do, aside from forcing you to use the self service kiosk because they don’t want to work or do the job they are paid for. FedEx is not paying me to do your job and if I wanted to use the kiosk, I would. This location sucks.

It has been 50/50 whether we’d experience decent, helpful service at this FedEx store. Shocking & sad. One never knows what you’re going to be told negatively at THIS place. Today’s brief experience, unreal. I had been in one week ago and all of the staff printers/copiers were “out of service” so “you’ll have to do self-service”. Haha, OF COURSE! Luckily, I happened to get the best employee of the only 2 working and he truly helped me on this project. I deliberately went back today to copy more of the same project that I did there in past week. Today, the staff member that greeted me barely let me speak, interrupted as I explained what I needed to do and that though they now had one printer back in service, he could not help me and arrogantly repeated, “we don’t do those things”. I HAD JUST MADE THE PROJECT THERE AT THAT STORE LAST WEEK! He wouldn’t be quiet long enough to listen to what I had to say or explain. I calmly said, never mind. The employee suddenly ask if he could help. I’ve encountered the original rude behavior one too many times here & for no reason except they aren’t trained or thry don’t want to work. I left. FedEx has a dud of a store there and should close it down. Very unprofessional, lazy, poorly-trained staff. It is like an imposition if a customer comes up to the desk to ask for any service. Sad state of affairs, FedEx. I will never go to this particular store and most likely, no other FedEx store.Must say again:Huge kudos the week before to FedEx employee Matthew Wilson who was the epitome of what an excellent employee and helpful staff member IS. I was extremely grateful to have encountered his assistance and patience in helping me. The alternative/other employee was pompous and rude to customers.Like I said, it’s 50/50 there at this FedEx ~ you never know which type of service you’ll get. Crazy. Don’t go.

Actually would give this place zero stars. I delivered a highly time-sensitive 2-day delivery envelope there on a Tuesday well before the 5pm cutoff. The worker refused to give me a receipt and told me to use the self-serve machine to send my package. Fine, I processed the envelope on the self-serve machine, received confirmation. I asked if I could personally hand my package to the worker, and again she refused and said to throw it in the bin beside the self-serve machine. My package sat there from 4pm on Tuesday until 12:30pm Wednesday, and was delivered on Friday morning. I missed a very important legal deadline, and people's lives have now been affected. I'm not sure what people are being paid for at this store, because they did absolutely nothing to assist me and, in fact, can't do the basic service of making sure that packages get sent out at 5 pm. Do not use this location if you have time-sensitive material. Totally untrustworthy.

I created an emergency quick-print asset but couldn’t sort how to get it printed. After a mishap at the store Mike stayed late on a Friday to educate me on printing and design best practices and make sure my project was completed on time. If you see Mike, he’s a saint!

I just LOVE going here. I'm always met with great customer service and knowledgeable shipping times and options. Very efficient and they get me in and out. (i'm always double parked somewhere)
