I lost a package, the system says it is there and when I go the package is not there! I call for customer service and they keep me going here and there and they can't solve anything for me!! Really shameful! Such a big company! And you send there for the safety of your packages and nothing to do with it ???

Don't waste your time here. Took time off work to print forms I needed to sign and mail that day. This location was closed for over 30 minutes and when they finally opened, the printing machine wouldn't let me input the full code. Other FedEx Office locations work great. Not asking for anything exotic, just basic printing and being open during posted business hours, but seems like a decision was made customers for this location deserve a lower tier of service.

I rushed to the Kingstowe FedEx In Walmart in an attempt to send an urgent fax I arrived at 6:01pm (they close at 6:00 pm) just as the lady was closing the gate. I expressed the urgency in needing to send the single page fax off and the lady refused saying that they were closed. I am very aware that I arrived a minute late but to not allow me to send a fax is just poor customer service. Employees who are that self should find a different job. Definitely not what Frederick Smith expects of his employees.

I write and draw children's books, and the product I get printed requires very precise specifications, and JP made sure his machines could produce the results I needed *before* I even walked into his shop. He and his team go above and beyond as much as possible to ensure quick turnaround and quality products that the customer is happy with, and I very much appreciate that...especially when I am facing a sudden and tight deadline!

The manager and his employee (Ms. Matarida) were outstanding! The manager actually called the business we were trying to ship to for the exact instructions and made the entire process easy. Will definitely do all of our shipping through this specific branch from now on because of the manager.

I was told I had to buy a box to ship an item. I always use recycled boxes but was told I couldn't use a reused diaper box. The box was in good sturdy condition. Per FedEx website reused boxes can be used to ship as long as they are still sturdy boxes with no tears or bar codes. I ship 100s of packages per month I've never been told I had to buy a box to ship with FedEx.

Didn’t know we had to show ID to send a package. I asked the person in charge to hold my items or wait for someone to come since I can’t carry those two boxes I’m pregnant. He was very very rude and refused to do anything instead charged me $8 for nothing but packing a box. When my husband arrived with the ID he said he was leaving for break and won’t be back before 45 minutes. He seemed Asian but he needs to be more respectful and helpful. Never going there again.
