I was recently graced with one of the worst escape room experiences of all 100 of I've ever done. My friends and I are escape room fanatics who like to do one every month or so. We had just done one at escape room Live which was a decent experience, pretty lackluster as well, but THIS PLACE. Nothing like anything we've done.All locks, all props paper or nothing interesting. The room looks dirty, wires are exposed and the puzzles are half working. You think you've solved the puzzle but they tell you to "try it again" to pretend like it was our fault we didn't get it (when we really tried the same answer)The atmosphere is pretty lame overall, with the lobby being cramped, the room to tell us the rules being not soundproof so we could hear loud groups, and the extremely cold room.Not to mention it's completely overpriced. Save your money.

One of the worst escape rooms I've ever done. It's a lock filled room with hardly any puzzle design, not only that, but the game master hardly knew what they were doing. When the game was going, someone had to come in a fix something. Unprofessional!!!!

Came here for a birthday party, had someone that didn't really seem to care abt what we needed and didn't seem enthusiastic abt handling what we asked.I wasn't the host but it was annoying enough that I had to write this Rev. I'd rather go somewhere

The room was broken and they couldnt even give a good reason as to why. Who let's people play a room thats broken?? They should have told us so we could have rescheduled or switched or something..The first puzzle in the kings ransom was just open for people to lift. It dont make no sense!!!

Was in DC for family vacation and visited Alexandria. The escape room was nicely decorated and the waiting area was quite plush. Wait staff was friendly and there were 4 adventures to choose from. We picked one which is more age-appropriate and even then it was a little scary for our little one. But we had a lot of fun.

Not a bad escape room. The set design was quite good and we had an enjoyable time. Our only issue with it was that the puzzle lay out made it feel linear at times which slowed things down.

Loved my first "escape room", though in this instance it was searching for something in the room, not escaping. Did it with my daughter - we had a blast and finished with time to spare (okay, 2 minutes... but still!!!) Will definitely be back.

We were first-timers, and had a great experience. Nice facility, fun game, hints were good, but not obvious. Staff were nice and helpful. Great family activity.

My husband and I have done dozens escape rooms. This one was not a of good experience. We did the Kings Ransom. First, the room was super hot. They had an AC unit in the room, but it was not doing nearly enough. The puzzles required what we thought were extreme jumps in logic. We still got out of the room, but we feel we wouldn't have if we hadn't previously been to other escape rooms. This is not to say that the puzzles were particularly challenging or even interesting. They just expected you to know things you aren't guaranteed to know. When we got out, the gamemaster barely acknowledged us and then proceeded to go into the back without so much as a word of goodbye. It was a little bizarre. The room was very pretty and there were a few interesting tech pieces. But I really can't recommend this room to anyone.

We had a great time! The black widow room was challenging but with a few hints we escaped with 2 minutes left. I thought it was overpriced for what we got though. For 40 dollars a person they need to add in a souvenir photo or a drink or something.

We were late 25 mins but the staff was very nice and gracious about it. He let us play and it was really fun! We did the most difficult option which was pitfall and we solved it within 40 mins! They said we were the smoothest group! Very satisfied with the variety of fun puzzles! It was well designed. Def recommend for team building!

This was my first time ever doing an escape room. Thanks to Craig and his great customer service I can say my first experience was pretty awesome. The ambiance of the lobby and room were amazing. I live in Florida today was literally the only day the family and I could participate before heading back. I had a hang up with booking and Craig walked me through it to make sure I was a happy customer. Next time we come to visit we will have to stop book another room.

Wowzers! I was shown the best customer service I've received in a long time! Craig was the greatest. My family was visiting from Florida and this was our first ever escape room experience. He was so kind and accommodating. He even took a group picture for us to cherish forever! He should be given a bonus for his outstanding representation of Escape Quest!

This was my first time participating in an escape room. I went with family, which included 3 kids (tweens and 1 teen). We had an absolute blast! The room was challenging without feeling defeating. And the support team was fantastic, right there if we needed something (a hint please!). Can't wait to do another one!
