“I came in yesterday to solve a problem I was having as a new customer. I contacted both chat and telephone customer care care and sales numerous times, but I still found myself in a situation where I fell between the realms of customer care and sales. Who solved it? Flori. She demonstrated an incredible understanding of the system and dedication to customers.
For over two hours on the phone, Flori worked hard to coordinate across multiple departments to solve the seemingly simple issue. Her diplomacy and deft problem-solving shocked me. She got various cogs in the backend to work with each other to get us what we needed. All while we got constant updates. In the end, her plan worked to a T, leaving me stunned and speechless.
While I may not fully comprehend what Flori did, I know her efforts ran laps around other T-Mobile employees I've engaged with previously. I also give mad props to Nolan and the supportive role he played (he is the store manager). His targeted advice proved instrumental at key junctures.
Before driving over 45 minutes here, I asked around before visiting about which T-Mobile store in the DMV is the best. Now I get why it enjoys such a stellar reputation in the DC area. Flori exemplifies the caliber of the team and deserves recognition as a standout employee, as does the entire store.”

“For work we had to make a Target run. Me, still being new to the area, relied on a coworker's suggestion that coming here would be quicker and better selection. Well, one thing was right in that statement. Being in DC and coming here was definitely not quicker. Especially since we had to go through the city, get on the highway, get stuck behind an accident, and then fight our way through Virginia highway traffic. Up side, at least I wasn't driving. When we finally got here it was a nice experience. A far cry from some locations I have visited. We were here to pick up gift cards and be on our way. It was easy to find them and we only had a little tie up at the register. We didn't know that there was a limit on how many gift cards you can purchase in one transaction. We had to do a few transactions. But when using the self checkouts you can take as long as needed, and no need to get back in line to finish the purchase of the rest of the items.”
“On 12/18/22 we stopped by here to look at some possible Christmas gifts. We discovered this place was well stocked even though Christmas is coming. The ambience in the store had a calming effect and people no matter how busy it was had the Christmas spirit. None of the fight, biting, scratching or clawing happened while we were there. I must admit I liked the options of A Pair Of Thieves options here. I honestly thought these were an exclusive Target, but I saw earlier in the day this product in another store. Oh well, Target's prices were still less expensive and better options than I saw in two other stores. Ultimately, we did not end up buying these items. The search continues, but we did enjoy this Target location.”

“Amazing service!!! We walked into the store to pick up a replacement phone as I had been having screen display problems. We were greeted immediately by Terrance. Before switching the phones, he asked what the problem had been. Upon hearing the situation, he spent about 5 minutes and took care of all the concerns. The phone was like new!!! Whatever training the staff at this store receives should be shared with the T-Mobile store in Annandale. We spent a couple of hours there the other day with them not willing to even try to fix it.

“I give this place 5 stars due to how nice the employees are and how well they keep the place clean and neat but someone really needs to update the closing time even if it's temporary, misleading others in my opinion is not well for business and I like this 7-11 and want others to like this 7-11as much I do since all the other 7-11 stores I visited that are close and within walking distance has employees with bad attitudes that give off lazy vibes and the stores just don't have shiny floors like this 7-11. I also absolutely love how this 7-11 typically doesn't have a broken or out of order slurpee machine ? KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!”
