I place an order on 2/6 for my mom to be delivered on 2/14 to her Job in Temple Hills, MD. I ordered from the Edibles site which referred me to this location.On the day of delivery, my mom received a text @ approximately 2:31pm stating her order had been delivered as well I got the same msg but in an email. My mom let me know she hadn't received anything.I called this location at 4pm and spoke to Leah and let her know about the dilemma and asked that she give me an update on when the order would be delivered. She let me know the order left their establishment around 2:30pm in an UBER and she had no way of finding out about the order. I explained my mom was getting ready to leave work @5pm and I needed an update. She said well if it doesn't come today it would come the next day. I let her know first I didnt want day-old unkept fruit sitting in an UBER to be delived to my mom, when I paid extra for Valentine's Day Delivery. Secondly my mom would be off the next day and she needed to get it on the day I chose.Leah offered no assistance to remedy the matter, she just told me "If it doesn't come, just call us tomorrow, were really busy right now due to the holiday and the order is in a UBER."Long story short, the surprise was ruined, my mom stayed late to receive her gift but it never came. Just absolutely unprofessional, EA has lost a customer in me :(

I originally posted a 1 star because I didn't receive my order. However, my order arrived much later that day. Like 630 or 7 pm later. I was expecting it to arrive earlier in the day. Furthermore, there is no ability to schedule a delivery time. So there is no saying when you will get what you paid for. The girl that took my order, in person, was very polite and did what she could to help me. However, she was new and couldn't find the items that I wanted and tried to originally order online. Plus, she was the only one at the store that day. I wouldn't recommend it, and I won't be purchasing again. At least not from this location.

I had the edible arrangement sent as a gift and the delivery guy, Bobby, had trouble with the physical address. He went above and beyond to get my gift to the recipient. When she couldn’t pick it up at the store, he made a special attempt and re-delivered the gift. I am thrilled with the service!

So my fiancé placed an order for same day delivery but the delivery never came. By time we realized they we already closed. Called the store the next morning to speak to a manager and there was no manager in the store. A young lady answered and informed me that u couldn’t get my delivery until Tuesday. That is insane because I ordered Friday for a deliver on Friday. I then just asked for a refund and was told that they cannot process the refund because there’s NO MANAGER! This location is very unprofessional and they lost a customer.

Disappointed. Placed an order 09/25 for same day and even paid extra and . Part the order was delivered and other part was not. Call to get an explanation and I was told that the flowers were not available but they did charged me. No updates and had to call for refund but employed said the manager has to give the refund. Soo frustrating where the online is not updated with out of stock items.

I have ordered Edible Arrangements before and after this experience at store location 1640 King St, I am unsure if I'll ever patronize this establishment again. I ordered a cheesecake birthday order for my daughter on yesterday for delivery on today. I called the store upon its opening to receive an estimated delivery time because I knew she wouldn't be home all day. Spoke with two individuals and the manager I suppose was the second that got in the phone. He assured me that the delivery would be there by 2 PM. Well 2:33 came and went... we're still waiting... oh let me not mention the order was transferred to an alternate edible arrangements and the delivery person just told my daughter whom the surprise was for that he was in route and that tips are accepted via cash or Venmo. SMH... What... the audacity. It's after 4:04PM and and still no delivery. SMH... 4:30PM still no delivery...

Placed an order for delivery today my granddaughter's birthday. It is now 6:44 p.m. and nothing has been delivered and the store is now closed. The order finally arrived at 8:45 pm and my granddaughter has already gone home. This is unacceptable.They've had this order for 2 weeks. Plenty of time to prepare. I will never order from these people again. Tried to call and inquire and no answer had to leave a message. Never replied.

Disappointed. Placed an order 8/30 for same day and even paid extra and nothing. Never delivered. Tried calling, same loop with no one to talk too. Can’t figure out how to reach anyone to deliver or get my money back. Very frustrating.

This edibles is possibly the worst edibles open the owner is rude to customers and his employees I ordered some dipped strawberry and could see and hear how he treated them told him that is uncalled for and told me to mine my own damn business at this point if your a descent human don't come here the store owner wahab treats everyone like trash and does not care about anyone

I have been calling them all day. Didn’t receive any single update on my order & I have ordered two weeks ago. Still didn’t receive the order and ruined my whole Father’s Day surprise for someone so special. Never ordering from this company ever again. So disappointed!

This my first time ordering from edible arrangements. My order, had a hiccup in the beginning. The ‘Time After Time Roses’ were showing in stock, but once I place the order, the store didn’t have the flowers. Edible arrangements called me to give me an alternative. They were very nice and accommodating. Everything worked out and delivered them to me. My girlfriend love them!

Amazing customer service, I was told it’s under new management and made everything possible to make me feel so welcome and really took care of me with my order. Amazing I will be coming back and recommending this place. Vna was amazing really took her time and asked questions for what occasion and really help me make the right choice. So happy I stoped by this place. I really recommend this place. This is my first time leaving a review for any place and I just had to do it. Amazing welcoming atmosphere.

I ordered an arrangement online yesterday to be delivered today. My mom hasn't received it yet. I have been calling the store since 4 PM today but no one answers. What type of business are you running? Can't reach anyone to even cancel and get my money back. This is highly unprofessional and poor customer service.

Never got a confirmation email for the arrangement I ordered for my godfather. Called the store several times, left a voicemail, & sat waiting on the phone multiple times. Store closes in a few mins & I’m guessing my arrangement will not be delivered. Completely unacceptable.
