Better to go inside store to purchase versus in-store pickup!!! Everyday I wait for an in-store pickup like they were available in store, my stars will go down. The longer I wait on hold with customer service for no one to ever come to the phone, stars will go down!!

Walked in and only 1 employee said hello while the others stood around and just looked at me. Then the WHOLE time I was there all the employees did was complain about a traffic camera they have or about to get. Saying everyone just walks in and don’t buy anything….. well not with that kind of attitude. I did find 2 pairs of shoes which I would have bought but the employees were TERRIBLE! Never shopping there again! Corporate needs to look into this store. Suggestion: replace EVERY EMPLOYEE.

So I’m a regular to this DTLR and I don’t care what anyone thinks I always come back even when I hit other locations. They always take care of me and my daughter and GiGi is truly the best!!!! She goes out of her way and truly takes care of us!!!! Love my local DTLR!

This location has the worst customer service ever I will never go back to the store again there were three guys older guys the big guy that had dreads and three other black guys didn't even help me. All of them look like they were high. Like Really????

If you live in DC or Maryland. I advise you to not shop at this location DTLR in Alexandria Va. The staff is very unprofessional & rude. You ask for one size & they give you another. Very rude employees old and outdated shoes. I will find out where the corporate office is located and file a complaint because they saving shoes for there family members and giving people the wrong shoes. Than said my son wore the shoes. They brought the wrong size out on purpose. I did not have the shoes for one day and they would not take it back Do not shop here.

We came in and the person at the door said hello but the other 2 didn't speak. One guy was eating cheetos when I spoke but didn't say anything... So rude.
