Just a note to say that Mason Lowe at State Farm provided excellent and patient service. He reviewed my homeowner's policy, explained the breakdown of costs, checked on additional coverages for sewer back-up etc., explained various coverages, and, overall, provided courteous and thorough service.

When you ask a question you will receive multiple different responses even by Donna Cater her self!
I’ve cancel my insurances with them. I’m now with a more experienced and qualified company. The same items I provided with Donna that her company couldn’t do their diligence was actually all I needed at my new insurance company.
Donna and her team was only giving me the RUNAROUND for literally no reason!! A couple of my colleagues said they also experience the same issues!

She is always a pleasure to work with and has great rates. I got a quote from her and one from progressive and for me with my bundle savings it was half the cost of progressive.She is also quick to reply to an email or call you on the phone. :)
