I've only been a couple times but I've had excellent service. Don and his Staff kept me up-to-date on what the process was to let me know about prices of materials and labor. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. The repairs/options were explained well and Don was honest to tell me his recommendations all of which saved me hundreds of dollars and time about fixing additional issues.

Always a good experience at Don Allen. My windshield washer pump started leaking at Don fixed it quickly and st a very reasonable price

If I could give unlimited stars I would. Don Allen Service Center is a gem! Ethical, honest, quick, professional are only some of the words I could use to describe them! From Mercedes to Mini Cooper they have provided our family’s cars with quality care when needed and told us not to worry when something didn’t need to be done. Called TWO local Mercedez-Benz dealerships to have my E300 serviced, no answer nor call back from either location. Did an online search and found Don Allen in Alexandria. Spoke to Don, explained my situation and was left assured it would be taken care of....AND IT WAS!! The level of customer service was stellar. Don took the time to explain what the issue was so that I could understand and was able to correct the problem, at an affordable price at that. I brought my car in for one thing and ended up requesting 3 additional services because, by this point, I felt so comfortable allowing Don to perform the work. I didn't feel taken advantage of, I felt valued as a customer and I'm feeling blessed to have finally found an HONEST mechanic.Services: Electrical repair
