Went in today for the first time and watched two young adult males walk right out of the store with two backpacks full of merchandise. I approached the cashier (who was watching videos on her phone at the checkout line) and said “you know two people just left with two backpacks full of merchandise right?” And she said “yeah” (I doubt she did). She went to get the manager who was apparently just sitting in the office. The manager came out and said “I don’t care”. This is the absolute worst dollar tree in the area. Uboats everywhere full of boxes and unpacked merchandise while shelves remain empty, and clearly theft isn’t a problem to them.

Dirty disorganized store, with aisles full of boxes and half eaten food. And rude employees.

I was one of the first people in this store when it first opened in Sept 2023. I was so excited about a Dollar Tree being close by. Fast forward a few months later, and the store is going down hill. It's a complete mess. Shelves are not stocked, stuff's all over the floor and frankly, it looks like a crime scene. Out of curiosity, I asked the cashier what's going on because given the look of the store, I assumed they were closing. She told me that they cannot keep employees/stockers. Management needs to step up and do something, FAST.

I went into this store today and it was a DISASTER. The cashier stated it has only been opened since September of 2023. He seemed to be the only seen working employee. The community in which it is located explains a lot.

I had high hopes for this store but unfortunately it’s a total disaster in there. Piles of boxes everywhere, empty shelves, piles of merchandise all over the floors. I went over one morning and it looked like the store had been hand sacked. Horrible store!

This place is always trashed. The owner should be ashamed. I gave it a few chances thinking maybe it was just bad timing, but every single time I go here it looks like the place just got robbed. I don't even want to touch anything when I'm in here. Not only is it a complete mess, the shelves are always empty.

I am updating this review because I am not happy with the experience(s) I had from this Dollar Tree. I visited several Dollar Tree locations, and I believe the customer service depends on the environment and the type of people I encounter. This one, in my opinion, has [absolutely] one of the worst customer services I have ever seen with my two human eyes. I encountered three different employees on different times of day - one in late January in the evening, and two in March, including this one. Neither greeted me nor acknowledged my presence. When I thanked them, neither employee had the decency to say "Have a good/great/nice day" or any related lasting impression. As the old saying goes, "Three strikes, and you are out". Ergo, I refuse to spend my money on places where I am not welcome, and this is one of them. I will not recommend here for future references.On a side note, another reviewer mentioned about how this place is unorganized and trashed, which I have noticed from almost every Dollar Tree stores. Something needs to be done, and major changes need to happen, which starts by applying the top-bottom approach, followed by the bottom-up. Otherwise, I do not see how anyone can work (or even want to work) under these conditions.

There is a line of people waiting, and they’re not open. It’s currently 9:10 AM!Update: the worker showed up to work at 9:14 and finally unlocked the doors. Unacceptable!

I love the fact that they put a Dollar tree in my area closer to me I do however wish they had more cashiers and that is the only reason why I didn't get five stars but love the store
