DaVita guest services is just woeful. The staff here does the basic work ok. The manager isn't there when needed. Overall DaVita treats patients like cattle. It is a corporate philosophy. They don't care about patients but they take your money for sure. Go with Fresenius instead.

My dad was visiting for the holidays and ended up getting sick and stayed longer. Davita assisted with a smooth transition from another dialysis place out of state. They are kind, caring, professional and supportive to the patient and family members. My dad was in and out of the hospital many times and they always checked in with us. His health started going down hill and he became non mobile and needed stretcher service for transportation. We had problems finding a ambulance service that would provide safe transportation and would arrive on time at drop off and pick up. Davita assisted us in finding a company that had my dad's best interest at hand. If my dad was not feeling well or was off. The nurse would call us immediately. My dad was staying at a local rehab center so they wanted to make sure we received the information. Davita was very supportive to my family. Any questions or concerns about my dad's health were always answered. If they didn't have an answer they would get back to me quickly. My family is not from this area and Davita being supportive made it less stressful for our family.
