I’ve seen the reviews before transferring my prescriptions and even though it was very bad, I was willing to give a try. After about 7 months picking up my meds here, I can def confirm that this pharmacists are useless. Sorry for that, but it’s true. Never waisted so much of my time and energy in nearby CVSs.

My local pharmacy. Sometimes it gets busy here and they have long lines. Luckily I live close enough where I can just come back. The pharmacists are always nice and work on my behalf if the doctor gives them the wrong prescription.

I've been a customer at this store for years, primarily for medication. The pharmacists and clerks are usually friendly. Today, I encountered an issue while purchasing medical supplies. A labeled item at $20.49 rang up as $36 at the self-checkout. Seeking assistance, the manager, who was unprofessional and disrespectful, handled the situation poorly. Despite showing him the correct label, he insisted on the higher price, claiming it was misplaced. Eventually, he suggested a similar $20 item, but his attitude was unpleasant. Disappointed, we canceled the item, went to another CVS, and found it for $20, saving money with a coupon. Unless there's a change in management, we won't return to that store. Myself and another customer were trying to print photos for like 10 minutes, while a cashier watched and didn't say anything. After trying and giving up we asked the cashier for help and he said "oh yeah, those machines don't work". Couldn't you mention that when you saw us sitting there for the last 10 minutes straight?

The pharmacy refused to help me because I arrived 20 minutes before close. She acted like they couldn't help me after 5, although they close at 6.

The worse management service, I was trying to take passport pictures for my baby and the store manager told to the girl it was helping us, don't do it because it was busy and told us to come another day, it was not that busy.

There is one pharmacist that is rude everytime I come. Yesterday she asked me to ring up my items at the front so she could save time. When i responded "sure I'll do what is more convenient for you" she caught an attitude and told me not to get upset. I wasn't, just stating the obvious. I stood in line like everyone else, why would I pay for a prescription and then check out the other 4 items up front. Terrible experience as usual. This used to be a great pharmacy but now I will use some where else.
