Went to pick up my RX. There was about 5 people working at the pharmacy . Most of the store was waiting in line. Called for back up . Was my turn gave the man my name and birthday. He said he couldn’t find me. Impossible. I showed him the app and the RX confirmation. Apparently he put my information in wrong. Which is ok but the fact he said I didn’t have anything for pickup with out double checking was the problem. Appears they are short staff or just incompetent. Older store layout and dirty floors.

Pharmacist is a joke, Ive been waiting on my Rx for nearly 2 weeks, after I headed in today for the 3rd or 4th time they realized they couldn't order the omnipods I needed, and proceeded to get upset with me when I raised my voice be cause I no longer have any omnipods. Because of them I need to inject my insulin for the first time since I got diabetes in 2008. Never getting Rx from them every again. Wish I could 0 star

Would leave a zero for the review. Seems like pharmacy never works. Phone is not being answered, so my question is why they even have a pharmacy over there?If you have another location available-do not go here. Just waste of time

Don't trust their posted hours. They seem to close early or lock the doors early even though they claim to be open until 11pm. I guess they don't want business?! Go to the Monroe Street store if you need late night items in Alexandria.

Bad service, the staff is poorly behaved and they don't even know what they are doing in the pharmacy area. There is bad service. They understand someone with a bad temper.

This pharmacy has deteriorated in recent months. It used to be open 24 hours but now it closes at 8 pm. They also close for an hour for lunch. This creates a bottleneck of customers in line to pick up their medication. I was told one time to come back the next day since it was too late to fill my meds. They still had 45 minutes. The service is slow, most likely due to understaffing. Aside of that, the neighborhood has also deteriorated, with frequent police activity in the apartment complex and 7/11 near by. I will be switching to Target pharmacy. As I write this, there is a man in pain begging for his meds. This is his third time coming in the same day, because his meds were not ready earlier. It is my second time.... I don't know about you but frequent trips to CVS is not my idea of fun. Something needs to change..... the picture shows only three people in front of me, but there are about 10 people in line behind me. I guess Hybla Valley is not important to CVS to staff their pharmacy properly.

Really bad COVID SHOT - made an appointment for 5 a.m. When I arrived I was told they were out. I should have been sent a notice of this. I got up early and drove in the dark as a senior citizen to make sure I had this shot. How unprofessional for CVS. CVS computer pulls all kind of other s _ _ t on pharmacy customers - everything but courtesy. CVS is one of those PBMs
