I have been loyal customer of CVS SINCE 1999. CVS is located in almost all of the nation capital, Washington, D.C., and the state of the commonwealth of VA. The locations are an arm length from where you are and the pharmacy services are excellent.

Maybe there is something wrong with the phone, but I’ve been calling all day since 10AM to try to reach the pharmacy and no matter which prompt I choose, I get “I’m sorry, I’m not able to connect your call. Try again later. Goodbye.” It’s maddening.

Yesterday, 6/11/2023, my husband went to buy that CVS from the Quarquer Line... but he had a bad experience and what happened was that '"""a colored cashier""" did not give him the exact change and when He complained about his change, she spoke to him very rudely and even offered to call the police for his money that he needed... so my recommendation to clients to be careful if they are going to pay Cash...

I truly congratulate this CVS. They have customer service and cashier attendants who are very polite, professional and they give detailed information about different things. I love going there!!

The pharmacy voicemail is full and they will not pick up the phone. My doctor tried calling for 3 hours and could not get through. Luckily the Walgreens on King St will pick up the phone. I would go there instead.

They denied my insurance for a Covid vaccine even though I have Medicare Parts A, B, and C (as well as retiree health care) and wanted to charge me $ 190.00 for the vaccination. The CVS pharmacist said that Medicare does not cover the new Covid vaccine. I went to a Safeway pharmacy and got the vaccination in 15 minutes. Safeway said that CVS should have accepted the Part B coverage. The pharmacists are not knowledgeable about insurance coverage and give out incorrect information to the detriment of customers. Customers should go to more reputable pharmacies like Safeway.

One of the worst CVSs I've ever been to. There is always a long line and usually no one at the register. Pharmacists rarely look up and are not friendly in the least.

I called to check in on a prescription. The pharmacist validated my question by saying "yup" and then hung up on me. While I will say the ability to give positive customer service experience is important, it is also important to have the CVS corporation treat their team with respect and kindness. That kind of rudeness rolls down from the top. To CVS leadership, do better. To the staff at this pharmacy I appreciate you and see you.

One would think prescription refill business should be routine; but this store makes prescription pick up painful with horrendous customer service to accompany its glaring ineptitude

I have had repeated issues with this pharmacy. Their customer service is horrible. They absolutely do not answer the phone EVER and they are always advising me that they are understaffed. This has been for months--fix it!! Hire more people! I end up driving over to the location to wait in a long line to answer my questions and then am told to come back the next day!!! One time I waited on hold for 25 minutes to get an answer and told the pharmacist when I arrived. She replied, "I don't care. I am the only person here and I really don't care anymore." I felt bad for her, but I absolutely cannot support this store anymore. Have also reported to the main customer service number as I am a long time customer of CVS and would like to see if they can send help. Meanwhile, I search for another pharmacy.

I went here because it is close to my home, but this CVS has literally the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Brought a prescription in at around 5:30 and was asked when I wanted to pick it up. As I asked what time the pharmacy closed, the tech or whomever barely look at me started shaking her head. She said no, tomorrow, we can't do it tonight. What? It closes at 8pm and I was there at 5:22. I am in pain and this is what I get? This news would have been easier to take with some kind of apology or at least an explanation, but this unsympathetic employee was handing out neither. First, whomever manages this joint needs to hire more pharmacists. As a former employee of a pharmacy I know what's involved. There should be no reason this could not have been done sooner unless you are woefully understaffed. Second, hire people in customer service who are actually interested in serving customers or, at a minimum, know how to treat people with respect and empathy. Some eye contact would be lovely too. Most people filling prescriptions are either sick or in pain and looking for help, not callous attitudes and ambivalence.Update: It's the next day at 12:30 pm and my prescription is still not ready! No apology, nothing. As if it's completely normal. Unacceptable! Why is this location still is business? It is so abysmally run! I have never seen worse.

It's a dumpy store and pharmacists are rude. I have transferred all my prescriptions out of this rotting pit of garbage..
