The front door was locked and there was a sign that noted that the store was closed due to electrical issues. I needed to pick up my medication so I repeatedly called to see if the pharmacy would be reopening later in the day. No one ever answered the phone, but eventually the store reopened. The pharmacy was fast and efficient in dispensing my medication. This was one of the best CVS locations that I have visited in recent memory. The location was well lit, very well stocked, clean, and organized. I wish I noted his name, but I received great customer service from a young man with dreds. I had an armful of items and he went out of his way to get me a shopping cart. He was very knowledgeable about the store stock and I was able to locate several items with his assistance. I was annoyed by this loud sound that kept going off whenever I walked near the shelves. The sound really hurt my ears, but I understand that this is likely a theft deterrent measure. All in all I would recommend this location and I will return.

I was trying to purchase a money order and was ask by the so called manager if I had cash . I replied no but I am using my debit card which is the same as cash . The manager then said I couldn't use a debit card to purchase a money order . When asked why I was able to purchase a money order at a different CVS location her reply was she doesn't know what the other location is doing but here at the Belle View location they were told only cash for money orders and even Safeway required cash to purchase money orders . Clearly all information online states that you can purchase a money order from CVS with cash or money order . Please train your managers better Belle View CVS so customers won't be turned away !

Attempting to handle a transfer, I was victimized by a nasty team member on the phone. Not only could I not speak (she was finishing all of my sentences), she was plain rude! This is exactly why I don't want to be associated with this location any more!

Cancelled my Covid vaccine without explanation. Was able to reschedule online, and assumed the cancellation had just been a glitch as the appointment was not cancelled a second time. When I arrived for my vaccine, I learned they have no vaccine in stock. The person was not apologetic and said they didn’t send a second cancellation notice because they thought I would keep scheduling my appointment. Completely ridiculous and a waste of time. CVS needs to work on their messaging and communication. The pharmacy department could have handled this issue much better as well.

Not trying to sound dramatic; but this is the worst CVS I've ever been to. I would easily drive the 10 extra minutes to another location. The techs in the back shut down shop early and have no personal skills.

The doctor is very rude and refused to do take me. I was a couple minutes late and she said she didn’t have time to do my covid test. A nasal swab takes 60 seconds. I guess she is not competent enough to work at a busy location. Or she is just lazy and found an excuse not to take me.

The minute clinic no longer takes walk-ins and the assistant couldn’t even be bothered to look at the spider bite in n my ankle. If they can’t be bothered to treat minor ailments why are they even there. The only reason I am giving them 2 stars is the store manager seemed nice, but clearly no authority over the minute clinic

This review is regarding the pharmacy. I am not sure if it’s corporate mentality or if it’s Virginia cultural attitude, I’m going with the first. I went and waited in line at this pharmacy. No one was at the drop off side but there was a technician on pick up side helping someone. Once he was finished he called me over and asked what I needed. I told him I had’t received a text alert for my continuous glucose monitor and my last one expired yesterday. He looks up my account which took awhile bc he kept getting the spelling of my name wrong and then tells me that I need to go to the drop off side. Why he wasn’t able to help me himself or tell me to go to the drop off counter in the first place was odd. I went to the drop off counter and tech there showed up looking annoyed like wth do you want. He also took awhile to find my account bc he couldn’t get the spelling right. He got even more annoyed/attitudy bc of this. He asked me if the item was a Libra freestyle 3 and we went back and forth bc I thought it was the freestyle 2 but he only has the script for freestyle 3. I told him I needed to go home and look at the box to make sure bc I didn’t think it was 3. I asked the tech he could call my doctor and request the freestyle 2. And then he point blank rudely tells me that that is my job. At this point I was less than impressed with his attitude and firmly told him that no that is his job. I’ve worked in healthcare long enough to know that that is not my job to do. Yes it helps if the patient calls but the pharmacy should be the one to initiate. Pharmacist/manager comes over and says maybe the script is under a different account which I have two accounts under maiden name but nothing is in the other account. I said wait let me check my monitor app that goes with the sensor. When I checked the app I was recently using, it did say freestyle 3 so I told them “wait I was wrong it is the freestyle 3 and not 2. Then the pharmacy manager asks “so are you going to apologize to him” and I asked for what and he says bc you kept say 2 when it wasn’t and you were rude. I told him that was rude of him to ask me that. I told him I was not rude about that in the first place. I was upset with the tech telling me that it’s my job to call the dr for a new script. And he ask with much sarcasm, “so do you want the monitor?” At this point btw all 3 of their less than stellar customer service skills, I was done with all of their attitudes and customer service incompetence. I will not be coming back to this CVS or any CVS for that matter and their overpriced drugs l, drug store products, not to mention gaslighting and not willing to understand the whole situation. I will be going to Walmart pharmacy. They have never been this clueless or acted like I was attaching their rude technician when I wasn’t.

It just seems like every time I go to the register it’s a new experience for the cashier.

Pharmacy customer service is poor. Automated system is cumbersome and wait time to speak to a Pharmacist is too long. People who answer the phone should be able to speak English. CVS should put more money into hiring quality pharmacy staff and upgrading automated system.

I've had bad experiences with pharmacies and this one has yet to give me a bad experience. This is not to say that there hasn't been a lapse in the ordering around a holiday, for example, and it was less convenient for me, but I can say that they've been quick and careful to make things right, within their limitations, if such a problem arises. Problems happen anywhere. My experiences with this CVS have been overall quite positive, as drug store/pharmacies go. I hope that it continues.

I do not recommend this place. They say you don't need appointments , and when one arrives they don’t tend to you and come out with a bad attitude. The worst place you can go for a emergency.

Hey so I have been a patient and customer at this pharmacy for over TEN years. I also use this pharmacy to fill a lot of my patients’ prescriptions because our office is local to the area. I’m here to say, this pharmacy and also the store are just fine. This is probably one of the busiest CVS’s in the area. Sure they have their ups and downs, but for the most part, they have been consistently good. Every place is understaffed right now, so I think it’s amazing that they have regular staff who have been there a long time.

In the last 24 months they have had my prescription ready once. You have to go, wait in the, ask them to fill it and wait for it to be filled then wait in line again. And they don’t answer the phone. Also, the pharmacy technician and pharmacist’s have no customer service.
